My dog had a laceration repair surgery on his tail a few days ago. Yesterday they took the bandage off. Last night he pooped all over himself including the stitches. I'm sad

I'm actually terrified. I have contamination ocd and this has beem a big trigger. I called the vet this morning and did what they said to do to clean him up. Then he pooped on himself again. So I cleaned him up again. I cut a new tube sock and used paper medical tape to loosley secure it to cover his stitches after this clean up. Its breathable so i think its ok. I gave him the meds to stop the diarrhea and the probiotics on a chicken nugget. I hope they work. This dog is a gsp mix and he is hard to sedate. He's on 3 meds to sedate and still is a maniac. I am considering just giving him the pain meds and antibiotics tomorrow. This gabapebtin, acepromazine, and trazodone cocktail makes him belligerent and hype not calm and manageable. He's honestly not this belligerent or rowdy on his most hyper days
