i don't CARE if you were trans for a couple of months before realizing that your gender confusion was mottled by the amount of stress and anxiety you had felt due to general life, which caused you to lose sense of your identity.

i don't CARE if you were asexual for a decade before realizing that your sex-repulsion was from your depression-induced low libido or general mental health problems.

i don't CARE if you were polyamorous for a week before realizing that your attraction to multiple partners came from a need of close relatives, comfort, or strong familial/platonic love.

i don't CARE if you were queer in any shape or form before realizing that you weren't due to some reason or a lack of a reason.

your identity throughout your life is a damn fucking JOURNEY. it's GOING to change, it's GOING to fluctuate. that's the entire concept of a "journey." it's not linear, it's not concrete. but that doesn't make it any less valid.

don't feel guilty for breaking up with your partner because you're no longer gay. don't feel guilty for detransitioning because you're no longer trans. don't feel guilty for anything that has to do with your own self discovery.
