Fun facts: Tolkien constructed this scene because he came out of Macbeth thinking that Shakespeare had missed a golden opportunity with the ”Be bloody, bold, and resolute; laugh to scorn the power of man, for none of woman born shall harm Macbeth” prophecy

He pet Tyde’s stomach and he purred happily, lifting his head up and showing the Midnight his face, his tongue now flopped over his face. Zack laughed and poked Tyde’s stomach gently so he put his tongue back in and sniffed at Midnight.

"Nice to meet you too! And don’t worry, I’ve met worse~ pleasure to meet you~"He replied and bowed before getting off Tyde and letting him stand on his paws.

She laughed smiling at the other dragon and she gave him a small wave and she glanced over at her own dragon who was happily rolling in the shallow water and she got a fond smile on her face before she looked at Zack 

“Alright if you say so” she said and she giggled softly at the bow smiling “Pleasure and haven’t seen another rider in a while, what’s been with that?”

He leaned on Tyde and the huge dragon laid down and smiled awkwardly at the other dragon.

"Pleasure’s all mine~ and I heard that there’s a upcoming war between factions of dragon riders~" He smiled and shrugged, walking forward to stand in front if Midnight.

Moonlight growled before he went back to playing in the water and Mid sent him a 'behave' type look which he ignored and she rolled her eyes and she looked at the other sharply when he mentioned 'upcoming war' 

"Wait wait wait a war? why would there be? everything was peaceful and fine last time i had checked" she said frowning, had she been away that long?
