Week #3 Weight Loss
After another week of grafting at the gym and the new protein diet Iβm now at 189kg so another 2kg down from 191kg.
Just hate being on a high protein diet πππ4 Turkey sausage, 4 eggs scrambled and mushrooms.
2 small chicken breast, desert spoon of cottage cheese, half a red bell pepper, cucumber, handful of mixed green leafy salad, 2 spring onions, beetroot and two boiled eggs. ππππͺπͺ
Week#2 Weight Loss
Ok so I was 192kg last week, this week I lost 1kg which is about 2.2lbs. I ain't gonna lie I was a little disappointed, but hey long as it's going off right ππ
Steak, Sweet Potato wedges, Parsnip chips, cauliflower and broccoli.
Gym session complete
I'm sat now relaxed on a bench waiting on a bus to carry me home. Legs are done for today.
Gym time
Ok on my way for my third weight training session at NRGym, it's my first leg day can't be missing that. ππ

Hey I just started this as positive and motivating tumblr for myself and others, more of a blog on my day to day activities towards weight loss.
