I was in an acting institute – this was back in 2009, second half of 2009. And one of our exercises was to look into the camera and dance on – as in, we had to express to the camera, and dance on “Teri Ore.” So it’s just…you talking about your songs, this reminded me of that, because I have done that to a camera in that acting institute.

Who do you think are the most overrated and underrated actors and movies in Bollywood?

Most overrated is probably easier, I think Ranbir Kapoor is highly overrated. He's a good actor but the cult level of following he's got is a bit much in my opinion. I also do think Kartik Aaryan is overrated, oh and Ayushmann Khurrana too. And in actresses, I definitely think Alia is ovrerrated, she's a good actress of course but I don't think she's the greatest we have by any means.

Movies, I'm not entirely sure on because most films I think are good and very subjective because I'm someone who will try to find something good in all movies, it's a bit messy in my head at times.

Underrated movies though, LOOTERA, This one I will shout from the rooftops to be one of the most underrated films ever.

I also think in terms of actors and actresses, Adivi Sesh is pretty underrated, Avinash Tiwary, Akshaye Khanna as always, KayKay Menon is another favourite. And actresses...Radhika Apte, Sanya Malhotra, Fatima Sana Sheikh...at least among my favourites.
