does demoness realize she’s not from Japan...? 😬 her weird over-obsession with literally everything Japanese is extremely cringe and almost feels like she uses it as a personality trait. her Jadora pet feels like borderline cultural appropriation with the whole “ancient scrolls” and whatnot, very stereotype-y.

fucking gag. lost me already. I absolutely hate that I love a site where literal bullies are rewarded with important positions and the ability to beta test early features. if I hadn’t invested so much of my hard-earned money into subeta over the years, I would have been gone by now. staff has been making huge moves over the last few months to breathe life back into the site, but the longer this shit goes without being addressed the less hope I have for this site in the long run and the more insignificant these changes feel.

keith’s flippant shitty attitude honestly makes me sick, and I couldn’t be more sad and disappointed with how staff as a whole handled this entire situation. especially as someone who struggles with depression and anxiety due to extreme bullying issues growing up from my peers and family. it makes me feel unsafe onsite, as I am also fairly involved in the cw community.

the cws that were submitted solely to hurt nightshadez brought the site in money regardless, so it looks like the mean girls get a free pass.

Considering nightshadez literally redownloaded discord JUST to harass someone and sent countless nasty smails to multiple people she felt weren’t nice enough... it really makes me wonder how the hell she’s supposed to be this poor defenceless victim like you guys portray her as...

I understand that pointycatears is autistic (according to their profile) and probably can’t help being so fixated on site events/when things update, but like… they should probably develop some coping mechanisms. it’s OK if staff decides to release new items/event stuff in a “weird” way compared to years before. the site’s still fun to play.

Maybe I’m a little less tolerant of their “will X get released?” comments because of the pandemic and the hellscape that is the world (staff have lives outside of subeta!!!!!) since what they’re doing is fundamentally harmless to everyone else. unless drama happens but that’s only tangentially related l o l

I'm a bit sad, because I don't really talk to people on subeta at all, and the one time I think I've kinda made a friend I realize that they've taken advantage of my kindness and asked for a hefty amount of CSC for an older CW I found out later isn't really near worth what I paid. is everyone on here this scammy? nearly 10 years on this site and I've hardly had any positive or memorable interactions with anyone, and the CW community just feels so cliquey and unapproachable :/

No not everyone is that scammy, but unfortunately some people do take advantage of others and try to portray some CWs as super rare to maximize their profits. People have been frozen for lying about the status of CWs to get more csc out of buyers in the past.

As someone who mostly keeps to themselves on subeta, I was really genuinely sad of hearing some of the downright horrible behavior going on behind closed doors (regarding the nightshadez drama). To talk about someone is one thing, but to spend premium currency that costs real money to submit items just to be petty & hurt someone? Lmao I know as one person I’m just a drop in the bucket, but for what it’s worth this council makes me 100% uncomfortable to continue to purchase CSC & support the site

Except none of what nightshadez said and did was made public so you only have ONE side of the story.

Reading her first post, she wasn’t told to MAKE the post, she was told she COULD. It was her idea and she passed it by staff first.

The timing of axing the monthly weekend bonuses and the plans for this is a total mess. According to Keith in the news, to make users feel like they're getting a good deal under financial pressure such as a pandemic, the solution is to make it more costly for them? Why does Subeta have bonus weekends for years, and didn't end it until now? Also, if the CWs and GAs are going down in price, what about the old players who already paid for them?

Keith never said they were going separate traffic for subscribers, he said that the SITE itself was moving to an upgraded server and at that point he’d moved 50% of the site over to monitor things before he moved the whole site over. It’s NOT anything like people are suggesting.

Why is it a bad life choice to spend money on something you enjoy? If you have the extra cash to spend, and you want to support something, how is that bad? If people hadn’t bought csc the site would’ve died years ago and you’d have no site to bitch about

Honestly apologies aren't enough at this point. I literally want to see some actual consequence for these people. Videos of the staff having their heads shaved or something- like someone needs to be PUNISHED for fucking up again and again and again. Maybe then they will FINALLY fucking TRY. Publicly fire everyone and force them to submit application tapes for the chance to get their job back. At this point I don't think anything but shame is going to produce results from these people.

This is just disgusting. Yes staff fucked up but they’re fixing it. Asking for them to be publicly shamed is just wrong on so many levels I can’t even believe this was posted.

If you contact me to try to manipulate me in any way, including but not limited to bullying, sweet talking, or guilt tripping; I will screenshot it. I will file a ticket against your ass for harassment.

You are trying to force me to follow an agreement I never entered to.

An agreement that is not enforced by this site to rob me of an item I paid fair and square for.

This also includes when an unknowingly private CW is traded or sold on the r200 boards.

Or when someone changes the rules to their shop.

Any and all restrictions need to be clearly stated before we complete a transaction.

I cannot and will not be held accountable for breaking an agreement if you edit the terms and conditions in your post afterwards and You cannot retroactively enforce new rules on consumers.

This is fraudulent behavior and a reportable offense.

The only thing people were mad about was people buying items and selling them for double what they paid or more.
