Just spent way too long making a map for my siren AU for a series I have. But it makes my brain feel satisfied, tho I might modify it later. I can’t imagine well in my head so it takes a long time to structure things, and size proportions. Also some yellow toned sketches of inside the MCs house, which I am stuck on without trying to mold it in clay at this point.

Hello, does anyone have suggestions on downloading your old DA gallery? i had to look at my account since apple deleted my drive that held the art, and i rather not manually download the 1000 drawings I have.

i also dont trust the downloaders i found and the one reddit post about it is using Github which doesnt make sense to me and still includes downloading an app or extra stuff.

i know DA has AI issues and thats mostly why i want to take my art off incase of it being used to AI even if my art (most of it old) isnt very good

So i used my dorm’s exercise machines, in socks cus of my right ankle actively inverting with shoes on.

it felt like i was trying to roadburn my feet. wasnt too bad but i should use my thicker socks. and my normal shoes (supportive and for indoors cus gross cat tracking of litter) invert the ankle more than if i could safely walk with just socks. the treadmill track is really thin and course. but i also melt from 68+ weather and sunburn regardless so i cant be outside most the time rn.

also i hate how foot shaped shoes look (toe shoes i think) and the floor is too hard for my feet (i wear rubber shower shoes as daily shoes unless going out of my way or going to something that requires real shoes)

the only shoes that support my ankle enough is sneakers non-slip worker shoes. and they dont have that material thickness in a boot :/

I like the fact that ive been at my college for a while, and so has one of the school shuttle drivers, so when its near the end of the day (and apparently the traffic but he has done this before just since its near the end) he let me off closer to the campus :)

also i get heat exhaustion and chest pain easily so it half’d my distance :D

Someone seemed to yeet a cigarette smoke bomb down my dorm hall. barely breathing it in and my throat is shredded, i feel phlegm, and my DEBTAL EXTRACTION SITE is even more painful.

At most i breathed it in for less than an minute at a time, and my smoke mask only helps so much.

if its still like that in the morning, ill have to talk to RAs cus i cannot function like this. eventually it will leech into my room. The BATHROOM has it.

i rather throw my tooth brush out then chance it being contaminated with smoke cus i thought i could brush my teeth-but the smell in the bathroom is stronger than when i had first entered it. I am not risking dry socket after avoiding everything else for 6 days.

like guys, its the second floor. u can so easily smoke outside or open ur window. how did you make the hall into a cigarette.

i was correct, the tooth extraction is still less painful right now to me than if i didnt skip class for that and had to talk about authors and stuff in circles

which we do normally but…extra ig? got paired a partner for the reading of portfolios so idc

so how long is my writing supposed to be, as well as apparently the “if it starts with dialogue dont indent, indent otherwise” isnt valid anymore.

like these are two seperate writing assignments, critiqued by the same people. first it was too small of sentences, and now apparently its bad / too many punctuation when we JUST read a story with that and they all gushed over how well it was for that short story.

like how tf do u want me to write? no matter what i write I am one of the few in the group that always have negative critiques that are somehow exploding our of the work when everyone elses is fine.

like yea its super formal. i also have no way of formatting stuff cus i cant visually see it so you wont understand my descriptions regardless-which i do for word count and assignment. descriptions just confuse me.

like when people use small sentences or they dont match the length by half-its an issue. so i cant use that method that is suppposed to show a change or something unexpected. like just give me a fking guide

like i wanna do writing but unless there is a specific length the people grading me want right now?? like it be easier to publish all of it to the magazine sites.

and we have to have the whole thing critiqued. like man just send me the critiques-i am not holding a convo if the whole thing is still shitting on every part of the writing im doing so YOU CAN UNDERSTAND IT. I CANT SEE IN MY HEAD AND HATE CONVERSATIONS, HOW ARE YOU SUPRISED THAT YOU CANT CORRECTLY READ MY SHIT. I have tried so hard to make clear descriptions of stuff without it become info dumps-as those are also a no and the class prefers mostly dialogue-driven writing (or the teacher does)

i could care less about the area characters are in while in conversation. i added it so they saw that it wasnt a void like WE HAVE BEEN TOLD SO MANY TIMES. so how do i make a believable reading scene? fking smh
