crazy to see myself show signs of aging. ive got wrinkles forming on my forehead and the veins on the back of my hands are more noticeable. its nice. i didnt think id be around this long. its been a lot going from a suicidal teenager to an adult with a better support network and skills for managing mental health issues. i know i still have bad days but its nice to see that i havent given up and that im finally allowed to grow up and live
