I noticed with Aizawa, when he stops looking so tired and aloof, and when his face shows nothing but pure fear, is when he ends up looking closer to his teenage self

He's scared and you realize how young he actually is sometimes, especially when he had to put his hair up for the news that one time? Because while I know his rugged appearance makes him look a ton older, 30-31 is still very young! He was 29 when the series first started with Deku in middle school!

Over two years, forever lasting, cc project of mine has come to an end. About a time! Gosh, never again. So now I present you several pairs of ears for your fantasy / sci-fi / supernatural sims. UPDATE 4.10.2018: Lowpoly ear versions added. (You don’t need to care about this unless you worry for your game performance or/and want maxis match versions)

Main Info:

x These ears work as accessories which cover the sim’s own ears x There are 8 pairs of ears with 6 different categories, so all together 48 files x All 48 packages can be added to the Mods folder but is not recommended x Works with any skintone (pale, brown, blue, green and so on) x Works for Teen-to-Elder & Both Genders x Accessory categories are: Glasses|Necklace|Earring|Hat x Skin Detail categories are: Mouth Crease| Right Cheek Mole x Compatible with: Human|Alien|Vampire x Disabled for Random x All LODs included x There are two downloads: High Quality/Highpoly version & Maxis Match/Lowpoly version (you can have one or the other, not both in your game!) x You must unrar/unzip the downloaded rar/zip files to your mods folder x The download includes ‘Read Me’ file which you should read if you experience problems!

Extra info:

x The sims’ own ears need to be shrunk so they don’t clip with these ears x Certain hairs cause the ears’ tone turn darker x Certain textures of hairs and beards might ‘leak’ on the ears causing smudges x cc skin-details/tattoos which cover the ears will look blurry and bad x Unfortunately, these cc ears do look bland/flat with no shades

I couldn’t do anything about the textures because the uv space on the skin is extremely limited. I tried to find a large free spot, but there is no such spot. But I’ve done my best to keep the issues to a minimum.

Polycount info:

There are two different versions of all the fantasy ears, Highpoly and Lowpoly: x The polycount of highpoly versions are around 9000-3000 polys x The polycount of lowpoly versions are around 1500 and less

Which one should you download? x Highpoly a.k.a High quality version looks smooth and ‘perfect’ and are preferable for pictures. They work fine for game play too if your computer is moderately a strong machine x Lowpoly versions a.k.a Maxis match are best for game play. While they don’t look smooth and you can clearly notice sharp angles in them, they match the maxis style of sims 4 and perform well even on low-end computers

You CANNOT have both versions in your mods folder!! They’ll override each other. However, you can mix and match.

x Feel free to convert these ears to sims 2 & 3 or any other game! (I appreciate if you let me know after you’ve converted them so I don’t have to convert them myself o(*≧▽≦) x Anyone is able to make blushes for these ears (If you need me to provide you info on how to do that, or give you detailed uv-maps, please contact me) x Lastly, anyone is free to do what ever with these ears and re-upload them for the community. I like this spooky dutch angle one.

I was just starting to learn flash and I didn't have all the equipment I needed. Since corgis are quite short, I had to put the lighting on the ground. The off camera flash was on a tipped over lightstand with a shoot-through umbrella to diffuse the light.

But I had no wireless triggers. And the only other way to trigger a flash, is with another flash. So I used the on-camera pop up flash to trigger the main flash.

But I had two issues.

First, I did not want that dinky on camera flash affecting my picture.

Second, triggering a flash with a flash is best done indoors. The flash will bounce all around the room and eventually hit the sensor so the main flash triggers. When you are outdoors, there is no bouncing.

SO... I took a little handheld makeup mirror and angled it toward my main flash. This blocked the dinky pop up flash and sent the beam of light towards the main flash to trigger it.

I was lying on the wet morning grass, holding a camera in one hand, a mirror in the other, trying to aim the mirror exactly toward the main flash, making crazy noises to get Otis's attention, and trying to get the focus point on his face so I didn't get a blurry photo. Also, Otis was much more interested in sniffing things than posing for a photo.

Only 30% of the time did the flash actually go off. Aiming the mirror was tricky and I was doing like 8 things at once. I wasn't even sure I got the photo I wanted. But when I came back to the computer there was one that stood out and it is one of my favorites I've ever taken.

It was the best combination of monumental effort, great discomfort, perfect foggy sunrise light, and just pure luck.

Unfortunately, people like me who use advanced sculpting light techniques are getting accused of using AI more and more. Not really sure what to do about it—other than show the 30 awful photos it took to get the good one.

My 80s sunglasses photo and spoon photo get called out the most.
