I still find time to prepare my family home cooked healthy meals. This is steamed veggies flavored with fresh garlic and onions. Seasoned with basil, cumin, sage, chili powder, onion powder, mustered powder and garlic salt. I'm heavy handed with the seasonings... And butter. I made a nice veggie broth with this combination so I took some of it and cooked the basmati rice in it. I froze the rest in some breastmilk freezer bottles because reduce, reuse, recycle and ish like that.
