Japanese ending to their dub of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1987 Cartoon which also features a bumper for the premiere of a little show called Neon Genesis Evangelion. 

Evangelion would premiere October 4, 1995 taking over the Wednesday 6:30 PM timeslot on Tokyo TV from the Ninja Turtles.
