Fun headcanon I'd love to see a fic or art of if anybody wants:

One of the only ways to get Janus to calm down or be quiet is warmth. He's almost always cold (because he's a snake), so if he becomes warm he literally just stops whatever he's doing to revel in it. This has caused... several hilarious moments. Virgil likes to throw a blanket on him while he's doing something important just to watch him stop and enjoy it.

I got a question for y'all: How'd he earn them? There's no right answer. This is a question up for interpretation and I'm genuinely just curious what your headcanons are!

Mine is that the really small ones under his lip was from being clumsy and falling into a sweet berry bush and that the ones on the back of his hands come from him using Vex Magic. Yet the larger pair that span across his whole face are scratches made by his "pet" (the alien in the woods in S6). It ended marking up his face quite badly

Getting really tired of society's taboo on fanfiction. Like, it takes just as much time, if not more time, to make than fanart, yet it gets a ton of hate, and I just don't get it.

Fanficton is not always badly written smut with no plot. But society's idea of it is, and I'm sick of it. That's not to say I don't love fanart. Fanart is great. I just wish fanfiction would get more respect.

note: Smut isn't a bad thing either, don't beat yourself up for reading it

The stars make me poetic, so I write. Even here in my tent, I know they twinkle above me, a thousand tiny dots like freckles for the sky. I sat outside for a long time earlier. I’m not sure how long, but it seemed both like forever and nothing at all.

The wind batters the tent, pushing each wall toward me, but the stakes hold firm. I should probably fall asleep, I know. Ignore the wind, take a deep breath. Find that tiny kernel of warmth in my chest and let it spread. Let it make every muscle relax, and just... calm me.
