I'm rereading Familiar Ghosts and got to the part Dev orders Tim to never get so close to dying under his hands again, and I thought to ask: Do you have any plans to make Tim disobey the order? 👀

I have plans to make Tim suffer, but no concrete plans to make him get that close to death-- and that doesn't mean it won't happen, it just means I haven't been bitten by any story bug with that specific scenario. I wouldn't rule it out, though! The suffering is more drawn out and less of the immediate emergency kind of thing that happened in Familiar Ghosts. Who knows what trauma I'll find along the way, though? I tend to chase whims more than solid outlines, and I love Situations haha
