You should write about the fake dating to real dating trope, where one is yandere^^
“Victoria isn’t this what you wanted?” You ask while sitting down at her kitchen table. The blonde just nibbles her bottom lip as she watches you sit, seeing your legs cross like an elegant princess amongst her. Her eyes wander your form, how the sweater bagged down over your jeans and how dainty your feet looked in those slippers.
“I thought that’s what I wanted. I-I mean I wanted to try it at the time, to make Lucia upset but…” she huffs, sitting in front of you, her messy bun falling down even more as she fiddles with her thumbs and stumbles over her words. “I know we weren’t really dating but we shared some moments that-that I couldn’t share with anyone. Lucia never felt as open to me as you do”.
You furrow your brow, watching the usually upkept and stoic woman fall apart near hysterically, her watery eyes meeting yours almost in pain. “We went to those ski trips and you showed me how to let things go. We danced at prom and held hands almost constantly. T-then when you suggested we walk to the park, where our exes wouldnt even see us, I thought you were falling for me too”.
You swallow a bit, taking in her confession with a bit of guilt. You felt you lead her on, and that made your stomach twist in knots. “I wasn’t trying to lead you on, but we both know that this was fake. I-I didn’t mean to make you like me Victoria-“. She pushes the table back, standing up with angry tears rolling down her face, her cheeks reddened as she abruptly stops you.
“It’s not a silly schoolgirl crush! I don’t like you, I’m in love. I’m in love and…I thought I knew what it was. I thought love was just buying gifts for people I found attractive. I thought love was just sending random texts with emojis and saying empty comments”. Victoria turns away, wiping her face and tying her hair back again. She looks down and tries not to sob as she walks over to her counter, not able to face you.
“You showed me that love is many more things. That it’s arguing and able to forgive. That not every moment has to have adventure and that we can just cuddle and enjoy the silence. You showed me I don’t have to kiss and fuck to show I love someone, and that I deserve to be told I matter. Y/N…I’m viciously in love with you”.
Her words spilled slowly, like honey. But it’s as if the honey was sour, tainted. Her lips trembled throughout the confession, as if she wanted you to say the same and make this madness stop. But she’s smarter than that, you both are. “I’m not sure what you want me to say Vic,” You softly speak, standing up and brushing your hair back behind your ear. “I’m back with Alison now, and even if I wasn’t, I can’t say I feel the same. It takes more than a few weeks for me to be in love, you know that”.
That statement only made Victoria grin. That gave her a twisted idea, a way to fix this issue and make her heart stop hurting with every pump of blood. “So you’re saying you just need some time with someone?” She questions, turning to face you with wide, glossy eyes. “Then I’ll keep you here with me. Teach you to love me as much as I love you!”.
She grabs your sweater, yanking you closer to her, her lips ghosting over yours with a hunger she’s hardly holding back. “I’ll kiss you like I mean it, not some pecks for public attention. I’ll do everything that fake dating held me back from. That’ll get you to love me”.
