@fleshbaggg and @bfdist3r Uuhhh yeah it's def not worms guys T_T (P.S. bfdist3r don't worry i dont think anybody's mad at you, you were sharing what your mom said)

Turns out its actually an adhd thing! :D (Context: I have adhd)

So like, if you've got adhd, then when you do something repetitively it looses novelty. For example, if you do a lot of homework for the same subject it'll start becoming very dull and obnoxious.

And in this case (at least for me), when you eat the same food consecutively it looses its novelty (what made it fun/enjoyable to eat) and so then you just become hyper-aware of the texture/taste (it'll feel like it suddenly becomes gross even though it still tastes the same).

To avoid having this happen you can either:

A) eat something different inbetween to add variety (like eating some fruit inbetween the pizza slices) so you don't get sick of it

Or B) serve yourself small portions of different kinds of food in one meal

Also 👆, if you're super fixated and excited about eating something you'll prolly eat it really fast and that'll hurt your stomach. So just like eat slower (I'm really impulsive so what I do to slow down is to really focus on the taste and savorrrr it).
