Tobirama is silent as Gyuuki explains, though he’s busy on his own - jotting down notes in shorthand, in one of his many notebooks. It’s one of his little side projects, forgotten and set aside in his first lifetime. He’d recently gone through all of his things from the old Senju compound and found fuuin-sealed boxes that contained his neatly organized notebooks, and has since been rediscovering topics he’d thought to research on previously, but never had the time for.

Well, he had time now.

“That would be helpful,” he says in answer to Gyuuki’s offer. “Insight would be most welcome. You see I am trying to find similarities with this ‘headpsace’ with the telepathic capabilities of sensors like me. It’s an interesting topic.”

The Hachibi's fingers drum on his own arm as he thinks, mulling over a possibly-better, more clear explanation. Not that he figured Tobirama to be stupid, far from that actually; reality was just that explaining something to a human (any human) when there was no real chance of them experiencing it themselves was difficult.

After all, they'd have nothing truly solid in their memory to compare it to.

He blinks, turning his head so that the spike on his chin faces down once more. If he felt the need to look at the human again, he would, but he was beginning to feel an ache in his neck, and he figures the Senju is bright enough to realize he meant no harm with the gesture.

"Of course. Though it would be helpful if you gave me example questions--you know, specific queries to pass to B, as he's an... interesting individual." He pauses for a moment to let a gruff laugh escape.

"--I have a question for you too, and in no way do I mean for this to sound condescending, so please ignore it if that comes across, but--what exactly do you hope to achieve by finding similarities between the spaces? Or are you researching for the sake of knowledge?"

He has had plenty of opportunities to destroy it since he has been freed--but he doesn’t, though only out of fondness for his earlier memories of Hagoromo.

He snorts, clearly not amused.

“If you sincerely do not understand, then you’re even more stupid and naive than the Sage himself was.”

“But what of that ‘bijuu dimension’?” He asks Gyuuki, turning his head and then craning his neck to try look at the bijuu’s face. All he can see from where he’s sitting is Gyuuki’s chin. “How do you access it, what are the mechanics of moving around in there, so to speak?”

"With all due respect, it's hard to explain to those who have never accessed it already. But I suppose it's a sort of... telekinetic thing, if that makes sense. A 'mental link' of sorts between myself and the others. It's something we've been able to do ever since we were small."

"But," he begins, turning his head so that he can see at least a little bit of Tobirama (and not be at such a risk of stabbing the man to death with his chin spike). "We access it when one of us feels the need to speak urgently with any of the others, and while I don't know the exact limitations of it, I know it can go across vast expanses of land."

"It can also be refused if one of us does not wish to speak to who is reaching out. Kurama ignored most of us for centuries, prideful bastard that he is. As for moving around in it, one would move as they would in this dimension--rather, the bijuu would. But considering we're trapped in a mental space most of the time, we are used to it. I cannot say what a human thinks of it though. If you wish, I could ask my last host sometime for his thoughts."
