Dahlia studied him as he spoke, something about his demeanor giving her the sense that he was nervous, though she was unsure. She glanced down at where he held the cigarette between his fingers, not asking for a lighter or attempting to light it himself. âYou can say no if you donât smoke, you know,â she snorts, holding the pack out once more in case that was what was why he wasnât lighting it. His question made her brow raise, her eyes drifting to the short black apron she tied around her waist to place her tips in. âWell, I work here, so,â she trailed off, looking back at him. She was amused, to say the least, a teasing smile pulling at the corners of her lips. âYouâre kind of weird,â she laughs softly, shaking her head and taking a drag of her cigarette. He reminded her of high school boys she knew, stuttering over their words, coming up with ideas to talk to her. It was either endearing or offputting, depending on the way they went about it. Cas was endearing. âI like that in a guy. Nice change from blatant cockiness. That gets real old real fast.â
castiel was aware he was nowhere near to be considered a smooth guy, especially when it came to girls that he was actually attracted to. but alcohol helped him find words and a bit of that courage, and that he had had plenty before he even considered approaching dahlia. âno, no... i want to do it.â he wanted to do it only because she was doing it, and he he was determined to. âit is something that i can only do when iâve had a few after all,â he then added and shook his head. the only thing that he had tried to avoid is making this whole interaction awkward, but that seemed almost inevitable for him. âyeah, i know, i can see that. i donât know why i said that... feel free to shut me up any time,â he rambled and pressed took the cigarette between his lips before lighting it. it was definitely easier to stop himself from talking if something was physically keeping him from doing so. castiel swallowed, glancing back at her, because her words made it seem like that was it and he hadnât made a nearly good enough impression on her. âiâmâ not that weird, i just donât know how to talk... sometimes,â he explained and took a few drags from the cigarette, feeling a bit light from it. âiâd prefer it if you remembered me as nice rather than weird. and why would you even give the time of day to someone whoâs cocky?â

âNot my fault he canât fuck her right,â he mutters, taking the napkin offered to him and wiping his mouth. At least heâd gotten a few good hits in before security intervened. The guy had left with a bloody nose and swollen eye, maybe a missing tooth if the lisp Ford had heard as he was dragged away was anything to go by. It hadnât been the first altercation heâd been in of the same kind and it more than likely wouldnât be the last. At least this time the guy didnât have friends to gang up on him. âI do need a drink, thank you for offering. I like anything with enough alcohol that I go temporarily blind.â
something inside of castielâs mind pulsed and he felt himself get a bit frustrated. if he would have seen the girl ford had disappeared with, he would have wanted to ask her questions. âiâve been in that guyâs place before... without all the punching, of course. is that really whatâs the cheating culture is about?â he made a comment, but someone who knew cas would notice he was bothered by it. âi feel like i need a drink more than you do now.âÂ

Julia shrugged, picking up a bottle to look at it. she had picked up a few things about wine, a loose knowledge form her parents and their decadent parties. âThink so. But honestly, Iâll rink anything you put in my grubby little hands,â she joked, handing it over to Cas, her eyes still a bit red from the joint she had smoked earlier. âWant to open it? Iâm kind of scared. Like Iâll accidentally poke your eye out with the cork.â
âchampagne is kind of slippery. they either taste like pee or a limonade. and i donât know which is worse,â he commented, taking the bottle from her and examining it. âoh, and i do like limonade, but you know, if itâs alcoholic, you donât even notice that youâre drunk and then you end up throwing up on someoneâs shoes. has happened to me before,â cas rambled, trying to explain himself, and attempted to open the bottle. âknowing my luck you probably would, at least let me to do it to myself,â he let out a laugh and successfully got it open with a quiet sound, getting a bit of foam on himself. âyou taste test.â

Leather pants clinging to her thin frame while pink rhinestones splattered the girlâs cheeks, Frankie must have looked something akin to a demented angel taking a smoke break in between granting wishes as she sucked down an American Spirit outside of the club she was supposed to meet her Tinder hookup in. Spotting someone she recognized, drunkenly she slapped on a plastic grin, hard and shiny like a Barbie dollâs to greet a familiar face.âItâs your lucky day,â she started, as if the other had just won a game show. âIâm a total shit show tonight. Feel totally shaken up, Iâm like a dropped Diet Coke can. Ready to ping!â She said with a rattle laugh, hollow, dropping her cigarette to the ground leaning off the wall. Was thinking we should just get fucked. Iâve got a shit load of MD and I heard thereâs a sick karaoke machine at the bar down here. Letâs trip and watch drunk bachelorette parties do Sexy Back.â
the night had started spontaneously enough for him, after deciding to go out alone, despite having planned to stay in. that was exactly how boring he was in his own mind. he definitely didnât expect to catch a sight of frankie, her whole appearance screaming adventure, which was something that he was seeking at this point in his life. âit definitely looks like it is,â he responded, while taking in her whole outfit. âand what exactly happens when you ping?â cas questioned, his brow slightly raised with curiosity. âiâm guessing MD doesnât stand for medical degree,â he commented more to himself while smirking. âiâve always wanted to peak a bachelorette party, but it seems like no one wants to marry nowadays.â he paused. âi guess this is a yes.â

Licking a spare bit of frosting off her finger, Julia was sitting on the kitchen counter of a house party, cake in her lap that read âSORRY IâM SUCH A SHITâ in bright blue icing. She looked up, shrugging her shoulders at the person that entered the kitchen. âIt was supposed to be a birthday party tonight. But this girlâs boyfriend thought it would be a good idea to apologize for cheating on her in the form of a cake, on her birthday,â Julia explained, putting the cake on the counter, dipping her finger into the âsâ on âsorryâ. âHe went all out for champagne, though. Want to help me finish off a bottle?â
he ended up at the party quite randomly and barely knew the girl whoâs birthday it was. that made him feel sort of bad for not participating in the gift giving and such, so he made the decision to hide in the kitchen for a little bit and find a pet or something to do. âthatâs... speaking of bad timing,â he cringed slightly and looked at the cake. âis it any good?â cas asked and walked towards julia. âoh, i donât know. iâm not much of a champagne guy.â

Tucked in what felt like the sunless centre of the earth, Lana had stumbled across the underground club through word of mouth at Hendrix. The density of the dance floor stuck to your skin like soup, so in a moment of reprieve away from the commotion, Lana stood stark in a skimpy red slip. A freshly lit match in a pitch black room. âFloorâs kind of sticky. Makes it harder to execute, like⊠a hasty getaway. If you see a guy around here with a buzz-cut dyed pink, can you give me a heads up? He always tries to get me in boomerangs, for his Insta story. Heâll probably try to snare you, too. Literally just⊠let it go, Loren,â she half-laughed, shift in weight seeing a muted squeak from her white go-go boots: vinyl, they were printed with the contrasting pattern of a dozen pressed poppies. Thrift shop find. âOnce I reached out and, just⊠closed his eyes, like I was a coroner. Pronounced dead, on sight. Brain short circuited and thought it was my only out.â
castiel had had a few and seeing him ex girlfriend at a club has always been a bad combination in the history of everything. he noticed her speaking to someone and before he could stop himself, he was making his way to announce himself present here. the mention of a guy made him feel like he had made the wrong decision to approach her, but it seemed as though it was better to do it now, than notice each other in a more awkward position. âfor a moment i thought you were talking about a getaway from me,â he spoke up after having joined the two and gave lana an smile. âit sounds like something that could only work on me...â he commented before locking his eyes with lanaâs, and turning himself slightly away. âcan i steal you for a moment?â
after getting such a late call from isla, castiel felt a bit worried about her. he wasnât sure if sheâd call if she didnât really need him and if it was a casual favor, either way it didnât really matter to him, because he was there to help any day, any time of the day. so after he had received her location, he jumped in his new car that he had bought just for amsterdam and on the road he was. he came to a stop on one of the smaller streets and texted the girl that he had arrived, turning off the engine and looking around to see if he could spot her, letting out a sigh. being worried about someone being out and alone this late was quite natural to him, so he decided to get out of the car to find her. / @isla-dubois

â god, no ! â the brunette was quick to offer her response, shaking her head in both protest and amusement before she laughed. if anything, the girl was a bit too notorious for flirting with someone only to reveal it was just a game the minute they wanted something more, which perhaps explained why she managed to not only seduce so many people, but toy with them too. it wasnât the nicest quirk to have for sure, but she has done it for a long time now, not once stopping to check the consequences of her actions until it was too late. â â ah, well, if you want to feel sorry for him then you might as well do so but for the fact he still believes iâm a virgin. like, i really wanted to make it clear i wasnât up for anything other than a peck or two, so i told him a story about how i went to catholic school all my life and how i believe in no sex before marriage and he bought it.â she was quick to add on, teeth digging into her bottom lip in attempt to restrain a chuckle over the topic and the memory of her crime two years ago. it was short after that she witnessed his dance routine as he stood up on the couch, not only amusing her to a point of laughing so hard her face nearly turned red, but nearly had gotten him in trouble with the bouncer. â oh my god, that was the most epic thing iâve ever seen ! you have to repeat that so i can film it, you just have to ! itâs gold ! â she assured with a laugh, hand placed absent-mindedly on his shoulder. âwell, you definitely went all in,â she agreed, shaking her head a little before her own gaze landed on her hands, and the position they were at. she didnât care, not in a sense that she actually felt embarrassed, especially when she knew just how good the gold looked on her skin. âi didnât say you have to cover your nipples ! iâm all for going nipple free, okay, i might do it myself at some point of the night because these wings are so⊠fucking heavy, okay ? iâm dying under there, dude. beauty is pain.â she continued, before chuckling as she moved her hands away.Â
castiel had always considered mia a good friend of his, sharing his passion for the same television, game of thrones, mainly, but sometimes he didnât understand her. the same way he didnât understand most girls. he often found himself being a victim of liking a girl who only used him for his good heart, intentions, sometimes even money. so his drunken mind didnât really know what to say. castiel glanced at the dj before narrowing his eyes at the girl next to him. âjuno? more like nyx,â he commented after she had revealed her mischiefs. castiel quickly sat down back in the booth before the bouncer could come over and throw him out, acting as though he hadnât just made a complete fool of himself just to make the girl laugh. âyouâll have to get on the dancefloor if you want to see all of that...â he paused gesturing at himself. â...again.â cas smirked and his hand casually ran across the pocket of his jeans, coming across something. âthank you, you look gorgeous as well. but that was only expected,â he complimented her and raised his brows. âyouâre free to join in on free the nipple movement any time,â the male assured her jokingly. âthat reminded me...â he wasnât even sure how that fit into the conversation, but perhaps distracting mia with something would keep her from going season 5 cersei, minus the shame. he took out what he thought was two hard candies to casually offer mia one. âdo you want one? they look kind of pretty.â

Luana hummed in agreement, glancing up at him with a reassuring smile. âPeople are really different here but at least the musicâs the same and not super Dutch,â she chuckled, bringing her lips towards her cup to calm down from the short panic attack she just had and to just enjoy their environment a little more. âWeâll see about that still.â A small laugh passed by her lips, bouncing up amusedly. âMaybe thatâs on my side today. Just havenât seen much of the love hit me yet,â she joked, nodding in agreement. âWoo to being godly,â she laughed, downing some more as well. âHonestly Iâm surprised youâre not knocking things out of peopleâs hands with those wings.â
âi think i stand my ground on europeans being a little crazy when it comes to everything, music included,â he agreed, taking a sip as well. âgood to hear youâve got everything else down,â castiel responded jokingly, when she mentioned love. âaphroditeâs love life was a bit complicated though, but iâm hoping your company means i might have a better shot at it. or does it only work if i perform a ritual of some sort? i donât want to sacrifice a dove, though,â castiel thought out loud and let out a chuckle. âoh, ironically these wings are bringing me hell. iâve shoved a bunch of people and definitely knocked out a girlâs drink already. she refused to let me buy her a new one and bought me one instead.â

a chuckle escaping her lips as she caught a guy blowing her a KISS on camera, the brunette turned around the second she heard a familiar tone behind her ; mocha-colored hues landing on a wavy haired male with a smile. âiâm not alone,â she told him, slender finger moving up to point at the dj who flashed her a wink in return the moment he caught her gaze. with her tongue darting across her bottom lip, she moved her attention back to cas, leaning in. â âhe kinda has a crush on me since ibiza two years ago,â she explained with a lighthearted chuckle, hand moving over her mouth for a second as if she couldâve actually hid her smile. it was then that she actually took notice in his attire ; and the wings attached to it. âhow am i supposed to dance with you wearing that ? â she asked playfully, fingers reaching up to gently tap against one of the nearest wings beside her. â âyâknow, when they said a young gods party⊠they didnât actually mean for you to fly,â she continued to tease, brow raising. âlike, look at me, i put mine right here,â and then with absolutely no hesitation, her hands landed on her breasts ; shielded by a feather top doused in gold. âitâs way more practical, donât you think ? âÂ
castielâs brows raised in surprise of her mentioning the dj, as he followed her gaze towards the male, taking note of the distance between them. it didnât seem like company to him, but he wouldnât argue on something like that, if at all. âi'm not interrupting an intense eye contact flirting, am i?â he questioned, a bit worried, but the phone in her hand seemed to make him think she wasnât too focused on him. âwell, why wouldnât he? but i do have to say that i feel sorry for him if his crush is all that youâre giving him,â castiel philosophized, but he wasnât entirely sure why he was telling her that. âand how do you think i have been dancing all night!? like this!â cas stated with a laugh and stood up on the booth to make embarrassing cliche dance moves for a few moments before the bouncer could even give him the look to quit it. it was fair to say that castiel never got tired at parties, when he did actually go, and always gave his all til the very morning, so acting like that was quite normal for him. âthis could be my only chance to dress up as him, despite him not even being a god, i had to go all in,â he explained, definitely not expecting to see her emphasize on that part of her attire, his cheeks turning rosy, but one probably couldnât notice because of the lightening. âand yet what would mine hold?â he joked, letting out a laugh, and placed his hands on his naked chest just as she had. âi wanted this to be a free the nipple moment as well.â

â My aunt texted me while I was looking for a place for us to have our drinks and before I knew this guy â or girl, I didnât even see them just knocked their elbow into me and now my phone is â â The Brazilian rambled along, probably the fastest she had spoken in a while, only to be cut off by his reassurance. â All good ? â She questioned once more, placing a hand on her chest dramatically. âI thought my night was going to be ruined,â she admitted when stuffing her phone back into her purse. Her hand then reached for both of their drinks, holding it towards him with a small smile. âItâs okay, â letâs celebrate not having the worst of luck.â
âiâve got to admit iâm a little bit intimidated by some people here,â he commented, eyeing the people behind luana. and by a little bit, he meant a lot. they were still adjusting to a completely new environment after all and everyone else knew everything so well. âlooks like itâs your lucky night,â he gave her a smile, and joined her for the drinks. âooooh, i bet it has something to do with the fact that youâre literally aphrodite,â he suddenly exclaimed, pointing a finger upwards to show the importance of his idea. âletâs celebrate being myths!â he clinked his drink against hers and took a large gulp of it, as if he actually needed it.

âNOT sure, to be honest,â margot deadpanned, âmaybe they would use it to pay off the mortgage on their tree.â her words, though humorous in intent, were dry and cold. she could tell he didnât approve, likely had seen the entire thing go down. she should have been nicer, considering the situation she had found herself stuck in. âitâs mine,â she repeated, snatching it quickly from his hands. âthere isnât even an id in here,â she added, quieter than sheâd been speaking before, like a small admittance of guilt. âshame, i hear idâs are selling for a lot these days.â
castiel let out a loud and excited laugh caused by the small joke that margot had made, definitely one over the top, but he was quick to explain why. âor like the one from the ice age. he could definitely use some insurance.â he was probably coming off as a child, but thatâs what he truly was. âit doesnât lookââ he started arguing, but had to pause as she snatched the wallet out of his hands. âare you sure we shouldnât just return it to someone? you donât know who it belongs to?â
miaxcsâ:
with the nightclub nearly at its FULL capacity given the amount of people inside, it was a god given miracle the brunette found a booth to sit down ; but then again, it mainly happened because she actually recognized the DJ who managed to sneak her into the vip section above the crowded dance floor. her view from above was absolutely fantastic, which not only made her truly feel like a queen overlooking everyone else, but managed to provide her with a minute or two to actually sit back and relax after hours of dancing. taking a sip of wine, her attention was stolen by the commotion at the red rope barrier nearby, where a bouncer refused to let someone enter despite their attempts of waving over at her⊠or the dj. or maybe neither ? she couldnât tell by the dim lights, but still her hand rose to capture the bouncerâs attention. â hey ! let them in ! itâs fine ! â she assured, before returning her attention back to the sea of people below as she began taping for her insta story until she felt someone tapping her shoulder. â â no, no, no, esta bien,â she spoke in her native tongue without realizing it, hand waving in the air to indicate there was no need to thank her for letting them in.Â
castiel had some very talkative company, who seemed to have circled around him to touch his wings and were all too interested in learning that he was an art major. he was too nice to tell them that no, he probably wasnât going to paint either of them as one of the french girls and he definitely couldnât admit that he was having problems with muse. so his eyes wandered elsewhere and caught mia, who was the perfect reason to escape this group. he felt like he hadnât seen her in forever, but it might have been partly his own fault for that. cas said his goodbyes and his reason to leave them, walking up to join mia in what seemed like a vip zone. the bouncer obviously caught him off guard and cas had no other choice but to try to grab miaâs attention in hopes she would let him in. âquĂ© pasa? what are you doing here alone?â the male asked joining her in the booth, making sure he didnât hit his wings against something. âcome dance with me.â
