3-ingredient healthy vegan pancakes
i was craaaaving pancakes and i made some really simple and healthy ones for lunch and just thought i’d share the recipe with y’all bc they were BOMBBBB:
1 cup rolled oats, blend/process until it reaches the consistency of a smooth powder
¾ cup plant milk (oat, flax, soy, coconut, almond >> i used vanilla flavored flax milk), blend in with oats
1 spotted banana (seriously the ones that are still solid yellow ain’t ripe yet STOP EATING THEM), blend in with oats and milk
lightly coat pan with butter (i use a vegan brand called earth balance) and cook da batter >> makes 2 large pancakes
you can have a lil bit of fun with this recipe if you want - maybe add a dash of cinnamon or chocolate chips or throw in some blueberries at the end if ya want :)
i only put a tiiiny bit of syrup on these because the vanilla flax milk and ripe banana (SERIOUSLY IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE OKAY JUST LET THEM GET A LIL SPOTTY FIRST BEFORE EATING THEM) make the pancakes sweet already! ^_^
