Tomorrow’s anniversary of September 11, 2001, will bring memories of the terrorist attacks 13 years ago for many people. USS New York remembers each and every day. Over the past 236 years, numerous ships have borne the name USS New York, but none are more significant than this amphibious transport dock. With the bow including seven and a half tons of World Trade Center steel, this ship is a constant reminder that we will always rise up during difficult times, and our fallen will never be forgotten.

JROTC is more than just a program. Its a way a life. It makes you a better person all around. I am so proud to say I am in NJROTC. I am not in just a program, I go to a full out military school. It is the best decision I ever made. Have you seen the people in ROTC? They have respect and good looks. If you are in ROTC you are automatically way cooler and everyone that is not in ROTC is a loser. jk. GO NAVY!
