When Ella became a pirate, she had a blacksmith make her a sword at the first port she docked in. She had the black smith use the heel of her glass slipper as part of the hilt, so that she would always have it with her.

Ella heard that the Queen of Westeros was over thrown and was missing, leaving the young prince without a mother. So she sent for the boy and when his birth mother couldn’t be found, she ended up adopting the little prince as her own.
