Moonstone Spell for Wisdom and Guidance
June’s birthstone is the moonstone, and it is considered sacred in many cultures. Many believe the moonstone allows those who wear it the gift of prophecy, and it’s also closely tied to matters of wisdom. If you feel like you need a bit of help when it comes to wise decision making, or an issues that require you to know what lies ahead, use this moonstone spell to give you a little extra guidance.
You’ll need:
A moonstone ring, pendant or loose stone
A bowl of water
Try to time this spell for the week before the full moon, and do it at night when the moon is visible.
Position the bowl so the moon light is reflected in the water, and place the moonstone inside.
Put your hands at the side of the bowl, look up at the night sky and say:
Wisdom, I need you
Guidance, I call to you
Perception, I welcome you
Allow the moonstone to sit overnight in the water, under the full moon.
In the morning, put on the ring or pendant, if it’s a loose stone carry it in your pocket, and allow the moon’s wisdom to guide you as you go about your day.
