Why it's the Thalmor's fault the dragons returned
(This is was all created by +Gamerkid from YouTube) "The very first loading screen you see is Alduin, this is very important. Listen. You see, the Thalmor are all the Altmer (High Elves). The Thalmor wanted to show superiority over man and since they didn't believe the story of Tiber Septim becoming a Diving, they wanted to put that to good use. The Thalmor took his Empire, the same Empire that brought peace and brotherhood to all of the land, they wanted to show how much better they were by getting rid of the Empire and splitting it apart. They knew that Skyrim is full of Nords, the exact race that worships Talos through the heart. They knew that Skyrim, much like a lot of other places, was a part of the Empire in war that if they had them agree to outlaw the worship of Talos then Skyrim would rebel, thus breaking apart the Empire causing the Civil War. What the dead Tiber Septum did in bringing almost -if not all- of Nirn together was so great that The Elder Scrolls themselves foretold a prophecy of it. When the ancient warriors calls Alduin away it started the prophecy. The text of the prophecy says this - 'And the scrolls have foretold the black wings in the cold, when brothers wage war will come unfurled.' It basically is saying, with the Elder Scrolls, when brothers (the Empire and Skyrim) wage war (the Civil War in Skyrim) will come unfurled (the return of Alduin). So the Civil War in Skyrim caused Alduin to return to Nirn, and the Thalmor are the reasoning behind the war. If the Thalmor didn't work this hard to prove themselves then Alduin wouldn't have come back, the Stormcloaks would not have rose up against the Empire, there would still be peace. The Scrolls knew this day would come and it did
