Does anyone else relate? I’ve been stressed lately and I’ve gained SEVEN new habits in two weeks. The thing is the few I gained were distracting and harmful so my brain created habits to counteract those habits, but now I just do all of the new habits. My family says it can be hard to believe when I get them so fast, and now I’m afraid I’m just faking them? Cause does anyone else rapidly gain habits under stress? I mean my therapist said that’s a valid thing so, idk hhhh
oh absolutely! stress will make ocd worse, which sucks, but you’re not alone in it :) trust your therapist, they know what they’re talking about :P
