How I Understood The 4D Better & Identified My Doubts
Despite thinking I was living in the end, in actuality I was staying in a state of hopefulness. I was hoping I was doing it right, hoping something would happen and so on. Really though, I was unintentionally embodying the state of lack. Similarly, I was not being as strict with my thoughts as thought I was. I also have ADHD and sometimes need people to spell things out so this is my mini love letter to us.
Here’s what we will review today:
A Different Way To View The 4D

A Different Way To View The 4D
I personally like to visual this as source energy. The darkness, the void, whatever. When meditating, this is where you go. When concentrating, you need silence and stillness so you can receive right? So I view this as the true form of the soul and mind in which all things are possible.
Think of whatever you do and say is immediately in motion based on your assumptions. Whatever ever you assume to be true, is.
I’ve learned that you are sort of a beacon and you are constantly sending signals. You just affirmed that you have loads of money? You will start resonating at a level that tells your subconscious and the energy around you, “Hey! This person deserves more money!” Then, every decision you make from then on will be the right one. You will end up exactly where you need to be for that assumption to be true.
When you create an assumption, it immediately begins taking effect. I guarantee you.
Things start shifting in your favor. Decisions being made by people you will never meet. I have personally experienced this!
For example, I wanted to manifest more money aside from work. All of a sudden, friends bring me drinks (saving money), getting discounts because I went that specific day, saving money on gym memberships and lots of free things. Oh and obviously more money lol.
The 4d depends on you, not the other way around.
What Doubts Can Look Like
Sometimes doubts aren’t as obvious as others. Sometimes doubts are dressed in the trench coat of logic.
Here are some that you may have that aren’t entirely detectable :
Maybe I should manifest something else.
Maybe it’s because I didn’t do xyz.
If I do it this way, I should get it.
This person said something different, maybe that’s why my thing didn’t manifest.
Oh that’s why my thing didn’t manifest, I wasn’t thinking the right way. (applies if this is your millionth time saying this)
Ok, I’ve been affirming for however long now, it should be here by now but I’m still persisting.
Wait did I use the right wording for that affirmation? Was that present or past tense…
Doubts also don’t have to be thoughts. It can be very small, imperceptible thought forms. It can also be your emotions surrounding that thing.
You can be saying all the right things but in the back of your mind you’re just hoping that it works. You do methods or scripting and then walk around searching for the proof that it worked. You’re sending mixed signals friend.
The way that fixed this line of thinking is to dig deeper. Why am I doubting? Why can I not trust in the unknown? And yes I did procrastinate doing that because I thought it would take forever and because I was lowkey scared of the answer.
I’ll jumpstart the process for ya. It’s either you don’t trust yourself because you have nothing to base it on or you’ve “failed” before. There can be other reasons but that was my biggest hurdle.
Here’s how I overcame that:
Make a record every time something goes your way and train your brain to see your success.
Start saying that everything will work out for ‘smaller’ things & keep track of when it does. eg. Don’t want to do a specific thing? Everything will work out & just leave it.
Expressing gratitude after something goes my way & feeling good about successfully manifesting something.
It’s really simple when you make it simple. Let it be!
