Leave Me Something to Remember you by
Isnât it scary to think that someday weâll only be distant images of each other? Our existences will have combined, but for just a moment in the clockwork of time. The first thing that Iâll forget is your voice. My mind will flit through the words you spoke to me, going through the expressions of your vocals. Eventually, it will just disappear altogether. Your mouth will move but the words will be silent, because I canât quite grasp what your voice once was. Next will be the moments we shared, and for obvious reasons the positive ones will go faster. Iâll be stuck, for a short while, with still images of you. And Iâll hold on tightly, with all of my strength, to your memory. But finally, youâll slip. Youâll slide between my fingers like dust and sail away to explore a different ocean, like you did when we parted from each other all those years ago. And Iâll be sad for a time, with reopened wounds and regret clouding my thoughts. Iâll miss your memory, just like I miss your touch. Then a feeling of melancholy will hit me like a train. The only memory I have is your name. And I will keep it bound in my chains, hidden under lock and key. I refuse to let it go, because thatâs the closest I can be to you now. Now that both you and your memory have left me. I have realized now that I was never meant to be apart of you. Thatâs okay, but I canât help wishing youâd left me with more.

Something I wrote years ago and left to get dusty in my drafts⊠I edited it a tiny bit but other than that itâs still in its original form. Sorry that itâs one big block.

Tell me again about how âdinosaurs arenât as cool or scary now that we know they had feathers.â JFC these guys are simultaneously beautiful and terrifying.
Funny that my most reblogged post is a makeout gif. Of all my posts. Typical lol
Okay cool you're attractive, but are you interested in nature, the universe, holistic health, spirituality, peace, compassion and raising consciousness?
This blog will make you feel at peace

âHe died doing what he lovedâ would be a horrible thing to say at a drug addicts funeral.

Few See Farther
I am an ocean Leagues deep And few see past The euphotic depths Of me
Silence is not my weakness.
Good Coffee
Sipping my coffee, I watched a man order his drink. Eavesdropping on his conversation, I quickly pulled out my notebook to jot down his words. A profound short story with an insightful conclusion can be heard in the most unlikely of places.
âI had this friend in college, after every beer, he would look at the can for a bit then toss it in the trash. He always did that. After awhile I asked him, "What are you looking for?â He replied, âThe answers..â He had a miserable life.â

This Is Earl
Weâve been friends co-workers since we were little.
Why wouldnât anyone want a thumbs up from Earl? Heâs practical, perverse, and profound.
