And now there’s a robot that lives in my brain he tells me what to do I can’t do nothing without his permission that wasn’t part of the plan So now at Rock Ridge Pharmacy I will be waiting for my man But there is another down in the dungeon who never gave up the fight And he’ll be forever screaming sometimes I hear him say on a quiet night He says You will always be a loser
just hard man
got rejected from a job again. four interviews deep, feeling like i'm gonna get it, trying to re-orient my life around a 9-5 again, or a 10-6, or whatever, making myself get excited about the gig and trying to figure out how i'll approach the work. and then just getting rejected without any real reason why. my last interview was with the EIC of the site and he seemed very focused on how i would approach stories outside of the job's purview and if i was ready to "grind" at 11 at night. i was like, yeah, i work hard, but i don't think he bought it. just unsure of what to do next. ah well
