âYou think Iâm kidding. But Iâve never been more serious about anything in my entire life.â
Heâs clearly not the expert here nor actually too familiar with this kind of machines, if at all â but he knows a bad idea when he sees one. Itâs difficult to answer back when the younger maleâs words are spoken with such clear determination in his voice, though. And itâs perhaps that sense of resolution what makes this whole situation all the more unsettling, especially for someone who doesnât know what to expect from a metallic humanoid that is soon going to be armed to the teeth, it seems.
â I donât think attaching a third sword to that⌠â robot, was it?â âŚthing is going to make it any better. â
STRANGE SENTENCE STARTERS ââ for the creative writer in you. Send these in and see what your partner comes up with as a scenario!
*These are completely interchangeable, theyâre just in categories to make it easier for all of yâall.
FOR AMIGOS;
âHow many times are you going to do that, exactly?â
âYou were right. As per usual.â
âSometimes itâs hard to see the lines youâve drawn until youâve crossed them.â
âYouâre surprised because you have a soft spot for hot blondes.â
âIs that â thatâs a naked Scarlett Johansson on your fridge.â
âYou can stay, but for no more than two nights.â
âPlease donât look in this drawer. Please.â
âI told you not to pick him up, heâs very sensitive.â
âYes. I might have given you rabies. But in my defense, thatâs ridiculous and I didnât.â
âIâm sorry, my cell phone data coverage does not cover the bullshit zone youâre in.â
âHey! Give me your pants. Quick, give me your pants.â
âNo, Iâm serious. Stop it right now or I wonât give you the last cookie.â
âYou think Iâm kidding. But Iâve never been more serious about anything in my entire life.â
âHow much would a stripper cost and why so much?â
âIâm going to buy you a drink. Next week. On Thursday. When I get paid. Can you swing this one?â
âHippos are hungry, hungry! And you are considerably larger than a small piece of lettuce!â
âWhen I was little, I used to be afraid of mummies. And now look at me. I love dead people!â
âI donât even miss my ex-boyfriends/girlfriends, I just miss my glockenspiel.â
âIt happens to everyone, you just sell your skirt for some coke.â
âPlease do not pull your pants down in front of baby Jesus.â
âThatâs not the phrasing you want to use.â
âBecause nothing says heterosexuality like a gold sash.â
âPlease donât take it out on my boobs.â
âWhen it gets really windy I look like a bizarre combination of Marilyn Monroe and Cousin It.â
âWe have to change our names and run away to Mexico. Itâs the only way. Adios.â
âHow much money do you have on you?â
âPlease tell me thatâs a raisin and not a tiny hamster shit youâre eating.â
âLife is a lot better when you put things on your head.â
âFor someone whoâs not very deep, Iâm incredibly not shallow.â
FOR LOVERS;
âI need you to remind me what it feels like to love you.â
âI love you. What? No I donât. Forget I said anything.â
âI need you to tickle my feet but like, sexually.â
âIf we got married, would I have to take your last name? Or could we just make up a new one?â
âI donât think I can do this anymore.â
âI heard you say his/her name in your sleep last night. Want to explain or should I just leave?â
âI want to spend the night with you tonight. But I also want to sleep on your side. And without you on the bed. So technically I just want your bed.â
âPlease donât be proposing to me in an empty parking lot.â
âStop saying youâre sorry, you stupid fucking broken record. Itâs done.â
âIâm not jealous, Iâm curious. About the things you were doing. With him/her. Without me.â
âYour motherâs looks could kill. Actually, are you sure they havenât before?â
âIf youâre breaking up with me tonight, can I at least eat first?â
âStop sweating. Itâs not attractive during sex, and itâs not attractive now.â
âAre you â are you checking me out? In the line for the confessional?â
âWe have to go. I might have told your mom Iâm pregnant. I donât know why I said that. Iâm not.â
âSo what youâre saying it that youâre snorting sugar to get excited for sex.â
âMy dog licks better than you do.â
âBut through every stupid thing you do and say â and those are a lot, by the way â I love you.â
âI donât care if youâre growing another head. Iâll talk to both of them. I love you.â
âAnd Iâd take fifty years of not talking to you for just a day of doing so. I promise thatâs a compliment.â
âI donât want to hide this anymore. Iâm not some dirty little secret, you American Reject.â
âThis is a bit too dramatic for my taste, so can we skip it and have sex instead?â
âI donât want you to think of me as your personal sex toy.â
âThanks and all, but that makes me feel like a low-class escort, so.â
âA kiss in exchange for every nice thing you say about me. Deal?â
âPromise me youâre not like him/her. I need to hear it from your mouth. Promise me.â
âLook, Iâve had my heart broken before. Iâm not ready to let you in just yet. Anywhere.â
âDonât leave me here. Anywhere else, okay, but not here.â
âI wish I could say that was the worst sex I ever had, but Iâve had worse.â
âI just blew you. Could you look a little happier about it?â
âIâm attracted to shiny things, so if it looks like Iâm staring at your chest, itâs because I am.â
FOR TEXTERS;
[text] This is upsetting my poop.
[text] Hey, are you up? If youâre not, can you wake up? I need some help.
[text] So it involves feces and large birds.
[text] She said that to you? Why?
[text] Please come back. I miss you.
[text] What are you good for if youâre not gonna bring me ice cream?
[text] Can you ignore that last text? It wasnât meant for you. Iâm sorry.
[text] âŚdid you just send me a nude?
[text] FUCK OFF YOU ONE-EYED WHORE.
[text] I donât know why I said that.
[text] Leave it to you to fuck the simplest of requests up.

[text] How much does âI love youâ mean to you?
[text] I am not stalking you. But you should do something about your bathroom, itâs gross.
[text] Please. I need this so badly.
[text] I trust you completely.
[text] Iâm a genius. Youâre a peasant. Everything makes sense again.
[text] Hey, buddy! Got like, five hundred bucks I can borrow? Times ten.
[text] She lost it. She completely lost it. She said her uterus was attacking her bone marrow.
[text] I will not get you donuts.
[text] Please? I love you.
[text] I think Iâm gonna go to sleep now, but you keep thinking that.
[text] I canât say this out loud. They might be listening.

[text] Youâre cute.
[text] I just need you to understand how important you are to me.
[text] Fuck off.
[text] Okay. Guess weâll leave it at that then.
Although he doesnât seem as aware of his own imminent plight as he is of hers, Eliza must say the man is rather bold. Meddlers are typically insufferable for a wide variety of reasons, but to his credit, he is as generous as he is well-versed in getting familiar. Judging from where he derives all that self-confidence, itâs quite easy to see how justified he is. As well and good as he may be, her interest is costlier than her appearance lets on. If only he knew that her predicament would be a little more than any bite heâs capable of chewing without hurting himself.Â
That said, he is free to do as his code of honor demands.
âWould you really be so obliging?â She examines rhetorically. âHow sweet of you to have noticed. I regret to say these woes wonât be chased off so easily, but a little company would be a fine start. Iâll take the walk, if you donât mind.â
His code in such cases might not be so much about honor as it is about his own enjoyment, but he would never once let his satisfaction lead to a female feeling disrespected. After all, this is a game of give and take, isnât it? He offers his company and sweet words, physical displays of affection, perhaps a gift â a memento of the time spent together â  and the only thing he asks for in return is their acceptance of his passionate ways.Â
â That is a sad thing to hear, but Iâm set on helping you forget, bella donna â at least for the time you grace me with your presence. â Eyes closed for a brief moment, his expression is one of satisfaction at the positive answer his propositions have been met with. The blond reflects, then, on the fact that she looks nothing like the women he is used to have clinging to his arm. Her appearance is rather telling; it makes it easy to assume that she is most definitely familiar with people trying to make such advances on her, so he will have to put the full extent of his skills to use. And that is quite alright, as it makes the reward for his efforts seem more appealing.Â
â Ladies first. â Arm signaling forward as he takes a slight bow before the woman, he lets her lead the way only to walk beside her once she has set the pace. Now, rather than laying sight on the path in front of them, the Italian chooses to grant her his attention, clearly interested in gaining hers in return. â May I ask for your name? â
Was⌠this guy talking to her? She was unsure at first, head slowly rotating side to side to make sure she wasnât in the way of anybody. You think after all the work she had done, strangers talking to her would be no problem at all but when a strikingly good looking person, who seems so far out of her reach suddenly speaks to her, she almost thinks she had done something wrong.
â T-troubled you say? I mean, I am a bit lost but nothing I canât manageâŚÂ â The female muttered, left digits raising to scratch at her cheek nervously, as she looked around again. Honestly speaking she couldnât find her way out of a brown paper bag but would she let anyone know that? Definitely not.  Coffee certainly had a nice appeal right about now too, on her adventure all she could smell was freshly ground coffee beans but she had no money.  â I wouldnât want to waste your time. So Iâll have to kindly decline, Iâm sure youâll find someone though, thanks for asking it was very considerate of you.âÂ
Oh. He can sense insecurity radiating off of her words, which somewhat fits the image he had created of her with just a glance and a quick assumption before actually approaching her. These girls were hard to lure in yet easy to handle once he had gained their trust. At least he knew, to some extent, what to say and what to expect of her reactions.
â Waste my time? No, no, absolutely not. Thereâs nothing that would pain me more than to have such a beautiful woman thinking less of herself. â And with that, he brings a hand to her shoulder, not yet pushing the girl closer, but as a means of offering some comfort. â I wonât insist any further if youâd really rather leave, but Iâll ask you one more time to indulge and let me treat you to something. â The blond flashes a gentle smile at her, one that hides sweet nothings to come and promises he might not keep. â It has been quite a while since I laid eyes on someone that would make me crave their company in such a way. â
ăđŹăââ  His head tilts from side to side in sustained silence, the only audible sound coming from his neck. Itâs clear that Jotaro does not know this blond feathered man. Joseph didnât talk much about his partner, and Jotaro did the same with his lost allies. Some things hurt too much to speak about.
âDoctor Kujo.â The work spread on his desk are laden with Japanese, but featured small marine animals upon their white surface, drawn with a shaky hand. âKujo Jotaro,â his voice remained low, on the lower scale of the octive and almost a whisper. Bright eyes met the otherâs in a curious glance. âYou called me by my school nickname. It startled me.â
He almost finds relief in the unfamiliarity of his name, a hand coming to rub his cheek for a moment after he lets out a sigh. His resemblance to Joseph might have been somewhat justified, but that name sounds too foreign to him, not to mention they donât share last names.Â
This time he feels an apology building up beneath his tongue, probably result of the many emotions still trying to find their way through his mind. â Apologies. You reminded me of someone I â â Words suddenly fail him, eyes widening again at that new piece of information. Nickname? Is JoJo this manâs nickname as well? Now that is too much of a coincidence. It canât be, it just canât be.Â
The blond is aware that heâs acting strange somewhat, and the prospect of making a fool of himself by directly asking the question that has popped in his head isnât too appealing, but itâs fast and he has to know.  If he is to be met with a negative answer, he will just turn away and leave; no damage done, nothing gained and nothing lost. â I know this might sound intrusive, but I have my reasons for asking. Are you... related in any way to the Joestar family? â
âPatheticâ was exactly the word he would use to describe the other in his grasp. âPitifulâ was one as well. Letting out a sigh, he simply let go of him as he asked, letting him drop back to the ground. It was utterly useless for the other to try and fight him, and he was positive he knew that himself. So why go through the effort like this? Was it his pride?
Ridiculous.
âWhatâs the point of this display, hm?â
âIn this city⌠You have even less power than you did back home when you were alive. If you couldnât defeat even Wham then, what makes you think you could hold your own with me here in a weakened state?â
Honestly, it was as if the other had elected to stop thinking entirely. Like all that mattered was for him to defeat Kars. That was going to get annoying if he didnât just deal with him once to get him out of his hair.
âIf youâre so insistent though⌠I havenât had a meal since entering this city. Iâm sure you would be adequate as a nice dinner. Not the most delicious, but it will do.â
Although being freed on command catches him off guard, the blond manages to land on his feet and almost immediately adopts somewhat of a defensive stance, legs slightly spread apart, never taking his eyes off the other.
What is the point of this display, he asks? Itâs his pride indeed, a need of asserting his ego that should have stayed buried yet burned him from the inside out. It would have not been this way had circumstances been different, but perhaps the strange nature of this city and the experience of death have him listening closer to his heart than to reason.
â It wasnât meant to be a display but a warning. â Bitter words leave his lips almost as a hiss. â A reminder, if you will, that we have unfinished business. â And one who knew him well would understand he refers to nothing other than the casualties the stone mask caused among his family. After all, he has no idea how it all went down in the end, with his master and Joseph left to their own devices and two Pillar Men to fight. He doesnât know, and he wonât ask; because if he had been brought to life, then the same could be Karsâ case. Knowing the outcome of such an ordeal would be dristracting when avenging his predecessors still stood as his main goalâ and he trusted Joseph with the remains of his own life. There was no way he could have lost.
Mention of his loss to Wham makes him squint, if only slightly. He wouldnât make the same mistake twice. â If my powers have been weakened then so must have yours, and fighting you as we stand now would be just shameful. Iâm not to waste my energy on mere scrap. â That is, if heâs going to fight Kars, he wants it to be when he can fully show the extent of his abilities, to show this monster that heâs as capable of taking him on as he would have been capable of killing his ally had it not been for one small but decisive miscalculation on his part.
Then, he canât help but smile faintly through his anger at the implications of his last words. Itâs really irritating, the way he keeps reducing his value in every way he finds possible. â Iâd rather you starve. â
â Well for starters. â Toriko would hold up a hand and with a rather gentle poking gesture, would fire off a single pronged, miniature flying fork right for the womanâs bag. In a clean slice would it open up and out of it would spill several credit cards of various colors and sorts.Â
â Wasnât aware your date had a name for every day of the week. Alexander, Sam, Claire.. ho boy, sheâs basically got a whole graduationâs class worth! â One more sniff to double check everything and heâd let out one more laugh.Â
â It might be hard to tell now but I think she mightâve been with a lumberjack as well. I can smell faint traces of oak and I think poison ivy on her. That mustâve been a night! âÂ
Still skeptical about the other maleâs claims, itâs not until he bends down to pick up a few credit cards, eyes wide with disbelief that he understands this is neither a bluff nor an offense to his person; the various names inscribed in plastic feel enough of an insult in this case. This will definitely serve as a reminder that he wonât always have the upper hand when it comes to women, much as it will shame him to admit so. The situation already fills him with contempt, keeping him from feeling the relief that should be filling his chest after having been freed from all the trouble this would have caused.
â Che schifo. â Thereâs not a second thought crossing his mind before he bends the cards in his hand, throwing the female beside him a bitter look before he lets them fall to the ground. Had it been a man the one trying to fool him, consequences would have taken a more physical turn, but the only response he can add to his act is merely walking away from her and towards the bigger man.
Proud as he is, he would never accept the fact that heâd been kept from danger, thus there are no thankful words leaving his lips. â Thatâs quite the peculiar ability youâve got. â A pause, and he cross his arms over his chest. â And your name is...? â
Oh, for goodness sake - of all the times for his inherent clumsiness to kick in, of course it had to be the least convenient. He had been searching the city for signs of his friend Daylen: previous events had made it clear that he really needed to talk to his friend, set a few things straight. Though he still wasnât certain at all of what to say - just holding back everything and avoiding him would hurt his friend more. Make Daylen perhaps feel like heâd said something hurtful, and that would never do.
Of course, heâd ended up tripping over a crack in the pavement, as he was want to do: and now he couldnât see a thing, Daylen or otherwise. Just where had his glasses gone? A quick rummage around with a hand turned up nothing - they must have fallen quite a distance. No matter how he squinted, he couldnât see a thing - so a voice coming up from what seemed to be nothing more than blurred shapes surprised him!
âO-oh? Ah, wellâŚI have lost some glasses, yes. I would have to try and wear them to see if they were mine, however: I canât exactly note if theyâre mine when I canât see a thing right now. AhâŚI suppose you could say that I didnât see that coming, yes? Oho ho.â
Was that a pun? At a time like this? Well, nevermind how out of place it felt for the blond, heâd still rather deal with such a carefree attitude than have someone crying over some broken glasses. The last thing he wants was to get too involved in the matter, honestly.
â Ah â â Of course. If he really is that nearsighted, he might not even be able to locate where his glasses are. â Here. â Taking the other maleâs hand in his own, he places the object gently on his palm. In all honestly, he doubts theyâre worth trying them on anymore, but then again... the other canât quite tell just how damaged the lenses are, can he?
ââshit.â The word is uninhibited and sharp-tasting; spat out in a much-needed hiss. To have his stories greeted with derisionâoften the leading ladyâand disbelief is expected, but heâs readily adopting habitual neck cracking, ever the reliever of tension; settling into peacemongering.
âThe fucker slipped! If ya mean Iâm having the time of my life by being a good Samaritan, then yeah; I am tickled pink, love.â
He predicts that heâll curse himself for a fool when in solitude; Cyril has never been horrendously unprepared, fumbling with his professions. His weary brain must be blamed, he thinks, yet it instructs him to remain advantageous, and to use shadow play to encourage his onlooker to fall for his ill-natured scheme.
Undeniably, his client is going to need to triple his pay, at this rate.
âSee there? Split his head in two, so here Iâm thinkinâ maybe I can sacrifice a shirt to save his lifeâand a damn good shirt, by the way. But,â he pauses, right thumb erect by a savage effort of will, vigorously pointing at the murder sceneâs location, âYou gonna continue to stand around, lookinâ pretty? âCause I can stare at ya all day, sugar pie, but this poor bloke probably needs some medical attention.â
Either he excels at keeping his poise or heâs just too used to this kind of situations. And honestly, if it turns out to be the latter, that can mean a handful of things, few of which are good. Skeptical. In one word, thatâs how this whole scene makes the blond feel. His speech, his demeanor â it feels wrong to deny that he has a way with words, but itâs perhaps the lack of urgency in his voice what makes the alarm ring. Not that this wasnât already suspicious in its entirety, oh no; his gut feeling already put the possibility in his mind. He knows a gifted actor when he sees one. After all, Caesar is one as well.
â From how it sounds, itâs probably already too late for him. â Eyebrows furrowed, voice detached, thereâs no room for doubt in his stride as he finally begins making his way over to the scene of alleged casualty. â And Iâm afraid I wouldnât be of much help. â No phone, no idea where the nearest hospital might be, hardly anyone around to ask for help. Had this actually been an accident, there wouldnât be much hope for the one bleeding to death on the ground. But aligning his thoughts with the prospect of murder is plenty easier, and he decides so once he can finally examine the splatters of blood on the strangerâs shirt as he steps closer, just not dangerously so.
This guy probably thinks he was born yesterday, but the jokeâs on him. The Italianâs seen and spilled quite the amount of blood himself, enough that he can often recognize when someoneâs been involved in some dirty deeds. â Itâs a pity â that shirt, I mean. Being a good Samaritan doesnât always pay off, does it? â Green hues drift from darker ones to the stains sitting on white fabric. â You must have been quite close when he fell. â

The femaleâs frame catches his eye almost immediately, her standing apart from the walking crowds only increasing his focus on her. She might be alone on her own accord, seemingly lost in thought, and as uncalled as his presence might end up being, he canât help but seeing that as an invitation for company. That is quite the questionable mindset, yet it has never given him trouble before. Charisma, a somewhat bold approach and a pretty face can work wonders; that much he has learned from past experiences.
â You seem troubled, miss. â Arms slightly open as he speaks, his voice holds a velvety tone that makes itself present almost immediately when heâs dealing with women. â If there is any way I could help you clear your mind, Iâll gladly oblige. Perhaps taking a walk? Chatting over a coffee? â

â Your voice is rather nice to listen to. Thereâs something mellow about your tone, itâs almost soothing sometimes â when youâre not being a brat, that is. Then it gets all high-pitched and ugly. â That last bit was unnecessary, he knows, but he just couldnât resist leaving this at a simple compliment. Perhaps he finds the brunetâs reaction to teasing cute as well.

It is the boyâs height the first thing that comes to mind. He must be rather young, and Caesar canât help but think of his siblings after looking him up and down for a few seconds. So, instead of risking the possibility of angering the little guy, he takes an alternative route, a gentle, brotherly smile gracing his lips.
â Hey, those clothes are really nice. They even match your eyes. â
