I love the idea of Hayden learning and growing to the point that Hayden’s best friend can come out and his only concern is that it’s with Shane’s mortal enemy but then clutching his pearls at the idea of drinking coffee. Or Jackie evolving to the point that she still unconsciously buys into the more kids = more status but also being the loudest advocate of the WAGs in the room when someone inevitably throws one of those in home sex toy parties.
Give me Hayden being a pouty brat whenever there’s something work related on Sundays because that’s his rEsT dAy and Shane being so confused because ‘just move it???’ Or Shane giving Jackie critiques on her interior design/decor because ‘wtf is greige??? and why is it all that color???’ Ilya is fascinated by how much Jackie knows about cosmetic procedures and hair and he NEVER interrupts when Hayden talks about his mission trip because he’s endlessly fascinated by this seemingly pointless ritual and did Hayden really wear a tie?
