Sorry if you’ve been asked this before, but do you wear a binder when you perform? (Also, as an undergrad nb mezzo, it’s really nice to see professional nonbinary classical singers. Makes you feel like maybe you could find a place in the classical singing world. It means a lot to me.)

Hi! Yes, I do wear a binder when I sing. The half-length ones are better than the full-length (tank) ones usually, but the gc2b full-length are actually also fine for singing. You have to practice a little to get it right, but it's doable. As usual, observe good habits of binding (not for too long at a time, nothing should hurt, etc).
