got a coffee and a biscuit from my favorite coffee shop.

found some fun books at the Friends of the Library book sale.

scanned and printed off some color copies for the remount.

picked up some art supplies from the chain dollar store.

popped a cold compress in the freezer (because we've somehow already hit 100 Fahrenheit in the first week of June).

started training my brain to let go of the fact that, for the next 8 weeks, I'm going to constantly feel like there's a weight at the back of my brain; because there are tasks that need to be completed BY ME that are bound by the constraints of time, schedules, and forces outside my control. I can only do my best, delegate, work with other people, and try to make things fun.
