People are so harsh on Black cinema, in this really bizarre way. It's almost like they're unnerved by all the casual Blackness they're seeing in these films, but they don't realize it or care to unpack why — so they hyperfocus on the TINIEST details at the expense of more relevant shit like plot or themes, OR they have these wild, reaching complaints that make zero sense to anyone who like. Watched the film normally. Because TELL ME how I just saw someone saying they wished I Love Boosters "had more fashion" in it. Like really. I Love Boosters. The film about fashion designers stealing clothes and making clothes and selling clothes and pulling heists at fashion shows and clothes stores? The film where they have different outfits in each new scene? That I Love Boosters?? THAT'S the movie that didn't have enough fucking fashion for you??!

I don't know how to explain that I literally see myself as a dog.
My human form just happens to exist, but if I were to look in the mirror, I'd feel most comfortable with an actual, literal canine staring back. I want to be pet and praised and have ears that I can perk up and pull back to show my emotions. I want a tail. I want claws and paws and a full coat of fur.
I'm literally a dog that's been forced to experience the human condition, and I walk in and out of that experience as I'm able. It's like a clock in for my human time, but I am a mutt. I am a dog. This isn't metaphor or any sort of flowery language

Am I the only alterhuman who genuinely wonders how our identities work? I'm referring to alterhumanity that is on a psychological basis rather than spiritual. Spiritual beliefs cannot be proven nor disproven.
I just get really curious about why our minds work the way they do. Why am I this character? What made my brain tell me, as a fictionkin, "See that cartoon guy? That's you. I mean where does it come from? And are there things we still don't know about alterhumanity as a whole..? It really does intrigue me a lot when I sit and think about it.

Yeah so if youre radqueer, you are a dangerous being, like as a victim of csa there is nothing fucking queer about supporting someone with a transid like "trans sexually assaulted" because as an ACTUAL victim, youre making my trauma look like a fucking joke.
I hate generalizations like this. This post is originally made by multiple ex radqueers and transID users and it's criticizing people like you. The post itself quite literally says "i don't support the ideology because it harms the people inside it, not because they support transIDs".
I keep repeating this and I will whenever needed, more than half of the rqc is minors who were ostracized from society and looking for a community that will accept them(and hateful comments only push them further into the ideology). A lot of people in the community are traumatized or get traumatized while partaking in it (and mind you, I met many people who use the label transtrauma despite being already traumatized in the past and feeling like they weren't hurt enough). The desire to get abused is often a sign of mental health complications and just because you think those people are privileged and never went through trauma doesn't mean they didn't. You don't know every single one of them personally.
There are bigger problems than kids calling themselves trans whatever. Like radqueer kids being pulled into pro-contact spaces where they get harmed by predatory adults.
You don't know under what kind of conditions these people seek such communities, you don't know what kind of things they engage with once they join it. And if you think teenager me and my friends who were actively being groomed in the radqueer community are somehow dangerous and evil, I don't think you're in the right blog.
Apologies if this is unrelated, but I find it very sad when people try to justify violence against paraphiles right after claiming that paraphilias are mental illnesses. So you support violence based on mental illness??

this is also how you can differentiate youth liberation from encouraging predatory behavior. yes, there's a lot of misinformation on development, such as the 'frontal lobe fully develops at 25' thing, that doesn't mean a 25 year old and a 5 year old are in the same place developmentally. I will raise an eyebrow at anyone who is very insistent that young children and adults are identical. I don't even understand how you could unironically believe this (that is, without ulterior motives) when developmental trauma exists and presents the way it does.
young children are not identical to adults, and this does not mean they deserve to be treated as a lesser form of human, if anything it means we should be more careful in how we approach their needs.

TransIDs in general aren't inherently radqueer. Yes, they're a big part of the radqueer community, but not all of us that have them are radqueer.
