if you don't wanna bother reading the article the only points they really make are called it mid compared to Demon Slayer and saying it's using too many Shonen tropes bc it's got a Boy-Boy-Girl trio

I'm not gonna get too mad about this but I don't think Demon Slayer and Orient should be compared even though they are similar

They take place in different times periods of Japan, plus Orient doesn't use the Elemental system Demon Slayer does, plus plus the storylines are completely different, plus plus plus Demon Slayer is insanely popular but that doesn't mean it's without flaws or the exception from using Shonen tropes

ALSO whoever wrote this article was only going off of Orient's anime and before episode ten came out which in my opinion just SKYROCKETED the series

I tend to react negatively when people criticize my favourite things but I honestly think this entire article (honestly this whole website) is fucking stupid.

Let me be fucking mad about this. This is deterring new fans from getting into the series because of some half-assed review over an incomplete anime written by a bloke who hasn't read the manga.

A Halloween crossover event between Magi and Orient is currently ongoing to promote the latter, with original art drawn by Ohtaka. It's been so long since we have seen them! :D
