I've started to focus on what I think, because honestly, it feels like everyone else is living by completely different standards than I used to have. Maybe they're not happier, but at least they're not burning energy trying to keep others happy.
Funny thing is, I can't stand it when people spill their inner thoughts on here, acting like someone's actually paying attention. Like it matters, like it will change anyone's mind, or even like I have the power to influence the world that much. And let's be real—who’s even seeing this? Family? Friends? Do I even have friends, or are they just people I happen to know?
Maybe there's something therapeutic in just rambling, though. Who knows?
James Doohan (March 3, 1920 – July 20, 2005) 🖖🏽
I rewatched an episode from the original Outer Limits series that starred Martin Landau. He played Andro, a man in the future who encounters an Astronaut from the 1960s played by Karl Held. Back in the 20th century, a man manipulated bacteria from outer space. It mutated and infected the entire human race, causing horrible changes in the appearance, and impacted reproduction. The astronaut and Andro attempt to go back in time to prevent the disaster.
I was curious and did some research on Held. A few years after the Outer Linits episode, Held appeared in an episode of the original Star Trek (Return of the Archons - 1967).
Ten years later, Held went full circle, acting opposite Martin Landau again in an episode of Space 1999 (The Immunity Syndrome 1977).

More late 1960s scenes from London. Enjoy.
A little competition, can you name the 1960s song and the performers from which this is the music track. No prizes I'm afraid, just for fun.

I thought Thunderbirds fans out there would like what I saw yesterday at my local shopping centre in Australia.
