Extreme Metal Captivated My Imagination

What I first loved about extreme metal was its unapologetic expression of aggression and vulgarity in the way it was played. It obviously set itself apart from all the other musical genres I’ve listened to. With its fast catchy guitar riffs from hell and its barking vocals from hell, I was hooked and it leaded me into a great world of passion and intensity! The main thing I see in every metal musician is intensive passion for the music they create and the boundaries are broken to what is possible in this music. Therefore extreme metal captivated my imagination towards an eternal realm of possibility and live by the idea that you can always push the envelope further and have no apology for your intent. Long live metal and its great fury!
