I have a question:

So Wukong was willing to give up his immortality for Mk in season 5, right?

Has there been ANY other version/iteration of Sun Wukong that's done something like that? (Not counting Goku because...he's Goku.)

Give up immortality? I dunno. I know that Black Myth Wukong’s version gave up Buddhahood, and the MC earned all his powers and equipment after he “died”

I am devastated. Yeah, it was a happy ending, sure. everyone got what they wanted; they got to pursue their future, and even Dr Maruki turned out okay. But you know who didn't get a happy ending? Do you know who doesn't have a home to return to or a future to pursue? Yusuke. The phantom thieves were his only friends, his only family. Now he has no one that everyone's moved away, and even as he was upset over it, he tried his hardest to be happy for them. His mother was dead, his father nowhere to be found. His only "family," his mentor, used and abused him for years, stole his passion and his art, and in Yusuke's own words, tainted him and his creations. He has no home and is living in his high school dorm. And no one cared. Not a single person. Yusuke I will always love you :(

Sorry for posting so much about this game it makes me really sad and I am genuinely heartbroken that its over holy shit four hundred hours put into ONE playthrough.

Didn’t Yusuke continue pursuing art, and even earned enough from it that he could afford traveling with everyone in Persona 5 Strikers?

Hell, he even mentions that he ran out of funds towards the end of the game, which meant he had saved up enough money for what was basically a vacation (in most circumstances).

people screaming about mha extra content, and how toga was "used to push a het ship" are so insane to me. the image of toga "pushing" ochaco into deku isn't using toga as a catalyst to "confirm" a het / straight passing ship, it's using toga more-so as a symbol of ochaco's recovery, and her willingness to allow herself to allow someone to be close, whether it be platonic, or romantic. it's more symbolic about her finally letting herself heal from her guilt, and grief, and move forward with her life. and at the end of the day, himiko toga stood for love. so on the off chance that izuocha is canon ( which, i don't personally believe they are ), there isn't anything better to do to honor her memory, than for ochaco to let herself love someone, anyone, again.

it's been 8 years, she can't be still, and mourn forever. and part of ochaco being implied to be bi-sexual, is accepting that means she could end up with a man or a woman, whether it's straight-passing, or not, it's still queer.

Random Thought, since Arcane Season 2 is out: Ekko has living parents! In the game lore. Dunno if they’re alive in Arcane. They’re never shown in Arcane, but they would ultimately be background characters in the main plot anyway. The mom’s name is Inna, and the dad’s name is Wyeth.

Holy shit game, you can't just drop this dialogue and not expect me to have a million questions!

Why did the Dalish start the Veil Jumpers? When did they start the Veil Jumpers? Is it just the Dalish of Arlathan forest or is this a wider known thing? I know that in the Tevinter Nights 'Three Trees to Midnight' story, Strife and Irelin sent word to other Dalish clans in Rivain, but how far did their knowledge spread? Did the Dalish just all really universally agree to stop worshipping the Creators based on what they discovered? What exactly did they discover that led them to this drastic change in their entire belief system? Oh my god...

Wait, what happened to Solas? Did he let them just go in? Was he involved in any way? The previous game revealed him to be one of their gods in disguise, and working to undo the Veil. Did the game at least reference him or his reaction?

Makes sense to me. He follows Ena, and Ena is part of Xipe, therefore he’s still following the path of Order… It just so happens that he has to put up with the fact that the path is a part of Harmony, which he hates XD

Side Note to other rebloggers out there: The thing is that a person doesn’t necessarily need to care about an Aeon to have their battle style match a certain path. Otherwise the Belobogian characters would have to all follow the path of Preservation, since all of them worship the giant rock Aeon

Another random thought!

As Castlevania: Nocturne season 2 is arriving soon, I decided to watch finally watch Season 1! Though, I have seen some major differences in characterization and story between the games and show, I don’t mind. The story’s gotta change since Dracula in Netflix’s version is supposed to be resting in peace, as opposed to Dracula constantly being resurrected to attack everything/marry women in the games.

That being said, I just realized that we’ll never get a moment similar to one of the endings in Rondo of Blood, where Maria gives absolutely no Fs about Dracula trying to make his goals gray, and chews him out for it as a 12-year-old anime girl.

Kinda wish we could get a bit of that, honestly.

And when the show drops and 90% of the teaser was only from Act 1 and the rest of the season completely blindsides us with shit none of us could have predicted nor are ready for, what then

Then we see if:

- Ekko gets his time travel device

- Heimerdinger runs into Ziggs

- Viktor starts turning himself into a cyborg

- We see the mage who saved Jayce and his mom years ago

- Renata becomes the new head chem baron and replaces Silco by taking over the Zaun Underground

- Jinx completely loses it and becomes the laughing, wide smile crazy lady that terrorizes everyone now and again

- Vi gets a concussion that wipes out part of her memory

- Jayce constructs his iconic armor set

- the rat from season 1 becomes that one champion with the crossbow

- pretty much anything related to Piltover and Zaun’s future that we know of because of pre-existing League of Legends lore.

I’m serious, if they go the route of putting in the lore bits from League of Legends, I will be very surprised.
