Ward is (non romantically, but not labeled) soulmates with Adam. Adam does not know or want this, and romantically pursues his former enemy Aalto. Ward views Aalto as dangerous to Adam, and nearly kills him in a fit of panic, which gets her shunned (to put it lightly) by Adam. This is a big point of contention for her character, as her blind devotion of Adam is twisted into hatred eventually by other authority figures.

However, because she is 1. Fem aligned and not cis, 2. “In the way” of a gay ship, and 3. Extremely morally grey, fandom would hate her. Therefore, she stays just within me and my friends brains rather than the public

In 1984 Ford and Stan haven’t seen each other in 10 years. Falling out happened in 1973-1974. Ford goes to college for at least 4 years. Ends up in Gravity Falls and gets his house built to his specifications 1977-1978 at the earliest.

At the oldest the shack is 35 years old in 2012.

Please stop describing it as old. It’s just unsealed wood and poorly constructed. (Or do actually I’m not your dad)

I think the important distinction is that Stan wants to be accepted and Ford wants to be respected

Caryn who is a real psychic. Filbrick who has the ability to “see through the veil” and can see the supernatural that hides among humanity. Caryn uses her ability to make an income. Filbrick just straight up ignores his. He pretends nothing weird happens around him and lives a normal life.

Ford inherits neither of these traits. Stan inherits both.

He also inherits both his parents traits in a different way: Caryn’s affinity of using her ability for money, and Filbrick’s tendency to ignore and block out the supernatural. He has Schrödinger’s powers: played up to the extreme when it’s convenient, and completely nonexistent to him when it’s not.

could you imagine, some Away Mission Gone Wrong, Data and others assigned to work out peace negotiations on a planet at civil war, a pregnant alien delegate gets shot by a member of the planet's rebel group, and as she lays dying in Data's arms she bega him not to attempt to revive her, but to take her unborn child so that they may survive. its a delirious hope as the fetal development isnt far along enough to survive outside of the womb, so Data does the only thing he can..

cut to data being beamed aboard the Enterprise and the commander and captain in the transporter room like "Data what the HELL happened down there??" only to see poor sweet data, hands and uniform drenched in alien blood, as much of a forlorn look in his face that he can manage, and a suspiciously rounded midsection.
