Bahan:
* 700 gr ayam, potong sesuai dengan selera
* 5*6 sendok makan kecap manis
* 1 sendok makan mentega
* 1 sendok makan gula merah sisir
* 1 sendok makan air asam Jawa
* air putih/air kelapa seperlunya
* garam, merica dan kaldu jamur seperlunya
* 2 helai daun salam
* 1 tangkai sereh keprek
* 1 batas lengkuas keprek
* 4 helai daun jeruk sobek*sobek
Bumbu lembut:
* 3 butir kemiri sangrai
* 1 sdt ketumbar sangrai

* Bersihkan sampai bersih ayam, berikan perasan air jeruk nipis pinggirkan

* 600 ml santan encer (dari perasan santan kental)
* 1 sdt garam
* 1/2 sdt gula pasir
* 3 biji asam kandis
* 200 mililiter santan kental dari 1 butir kelapa
* 2 sdm minyak untuk mengoseng
Bumbu lembut:
* 3 cm jahe
* 6 cabai merah keriting
* 5 cabai merah besar
* 5 butir kemiri sangrai
* 3 cm kunyit, bakar
* 1/4 sdt merica bubuk
Langkah membuat:
* Baluri ayam sama air jeruk nipis dan garam. Biarkan 15 menit.
