for a plot thought (thinking of the felicity gif with oliver in her ear xD): maybe blair asks her at some point to wear an earpiece while she’s in a council meeting to hear in on it?? “for investigation reasons” emma isn’t strongly connected to the council, i can see her agreeing before realizing what she said yes to and then being like well can’t go back now, plus i don't see her being able to retract her agreement to him lol

Okay, so these two are Walcott’s medical professionals, haha! I mean, Emma is a vet but I feel like she actually knows more about medicine than Isaac does (#facepalm) since people don’t really get sick here and Isaac basically just sits in his office and deals w/ minor things, while animals do get sick/hurt and tbh people would probably be better off going to see Emma, haha. 

I think that Isaac would admire Emma, though, especially since she’s kept her council seat (although if he knew the real reasons she’s on the council he’d be less pleased but anyway). I think that Isaac definitely values tradition and likes to have things go on as they always have, so he doesn’t understand why Mary abandoned her council seat (like why mary why) I mean, I don’t think he’d voice any of this to Mary, b/c ~family~ but basically my point is that he’d be happy that Emma decided to remain on the council, even though her sister is like #bye

Poor Isaac!!!! I feel like he’s in a pickle without it even *really* being his fault! Ok, so for Emma, I keep feeling like she’s not Isaac’s biggest fan. Ok, so Emma is police and nice and would be very much so toward Isaac, but I think she has the same approach as others: How can a doctor not know how to practice medicine? Though, even as she thinks this, I think she then reminds herself there were no sick people - ever. So can she really hold it against him?

I legit think these two could easily be close friends. Emma is 27 & looks like Rose is 24 :) but that age gap don’t matter much in your twenties! So I definitely feel like these two probably sit next to each other (or across) during the council meetings and just stare at one another, speaking the same language and thought XD BUT SERIOUSLY, I really think they could easily be close and friends and get together and drink and talk about their patients!

So I’m advocating that Ems and Jules are besties. I legit think they would compliment each other well and make sure the other gets drunk when those times are necessary or even when they are not. I feel like maybe they got closer after Emma lost her parents.

When they were kids, I feel like Emma would have easily helped Juliet by inviting her over to her house often for sleep over. They’d camp outside probably in a tent and Emma would make Juliet gaze at the stars with her. They’d probably say scary stories and sometimes, Emma would tell Jules that Matt could join the tent after her parents when to sleep, so he wouldn’t feel left out! OK SO PLS SAY YES I SOLD MYSELF! xD

I’m here to advocate that Emma and the Reese sibs are tight. This is gonna be my pitch to Lizzy, but I’m thinking Emma bonded with maybe Juliet (and by default Matt too) after her parents died as well. I mean, I feel like her trips to the Reese’s bar happened pretty often. 

So that’s my one thought. My other thought is that maybe Matt and Emma have been having one night stands of some sort for the past month or few. There was this TV (which I saw bits on Netflix) on Friends with Benefits, having two real good friends sleeping together but not being in a relationship and then like even talking to each other about their other relationships etc. But I was thinking, that one night when Emma was late at the bar, maybe it was just the two of them: Matt you wanna fuck? Which resulted in a quick hook somewhere and since, the two maybe hook up at random times? but it’s not weird (or at least the two say so) cause they’re like *shrug* lets just make each other feel better?  Idk I’m just throwing out random ideas, you let me know :)
