To anyone who hasn’t been to Forks, there’s like 8 streets and the names are like A, B, C…etc, it’s unbelievably small. 

Also, the little shopping center has a fully dedicated section to buy twilight hoodies. 

And the Cullen house is in the middle of town, Bellas house is further out of town.

i went to Forks again in 2020, right before the boarders between the US and Canada closed and COVID-19 was something that wasn’t even going to impact me in my mind... and it was the same, although I really *really* don’t recommend the pizza place. 

you don’t need much time there... we spent two nights there and it was a lot, there’s nothing to do once you’ve done the twilight stuff... 

once the pandemic is over and i can go back to the states, my roommate and i want to go back for our birthdays (they are 5 days apart) and have a movie marathon

hey friends. there’s a few things regarding asexuality that i’d like to reiterate, but there’s also a few things i’d like to add to this discussion. (to preface this, i am asexual.)

1. aphobia is not welcome here. if you don’t support the full LGBTQIA+ community (and yes, the “A” stands for aspec, not ally), then you are not welcome in the twilight community. this space is not for you, and it never was.

2. allies, educate yourself. fight against blind ignorance. it takes 5 minutes to google the asexuality spectrum. but if you’re looking for specific resources, i recommend this extensive FAQ from a reputable blog about asexuality (@asexual-society).

3. if you’re not aspec, don’t speak for us. use your platform to lift up asexual voices and opinions, instead of speaking over us.

4. stop using “virgin” as an insult. period. using “virgin” as an insult is akin to calling a woman a slut – whether or not people choose to have sex is none of your fucking business. it’s not the 90s anymore, jessica. grow up.
