The way all the 2020s have done so far have been making me categorically against every new generation of tech that comes out is insane. Like I'm from a technological boom generation, saw the first portable phones, nokias & blackberries & flipphones etc, and the first smartphones, and the first ipods & ipads & tablets in general while still having cassettes & DVD & MP3 players around so I know how all of it work, I had computer classes in high school, I did the transition between home desktop computers to laptops and back to gaming computers. But then they started to put internet in your printer & microwave, everything has ads & AI now and every update is worst than the last. I literally loved technology and they ruined it

You have to do more things for fun. Especially if you have anxiety. Just do very random things for fun. Because your mind shouldn’t be the only thing deciding what your life feels like. So try and break that cycle by doing small, unnecessary, slightly ridiculous things on purpose. Your nervous system will thank you even if your thoughts complain the whole time. And you don’t even have to succeed at it, you just have to try at it. That alone is enough to break a pattern of letting overthinking decide the size of your world. Even if just for a moment.

Himari Yoshimura was eleven when she gave this performance of Violin Concerto No. 4 in F Minor, Op. 8, RV 297, "Winter" (from The Four Seasons) by Antonio Vivaldi.

No shade to Himari-chan who is an absolute prodigy. But this video is misattributed: the violinist is Chloe Chua, aged 10, in 2018 at the Menuhin competition, where she won the joint first prize with Christian Li
