Help i fear i have accidentally started a new series Sadie/Arthur my beloveds

Their so Murder Besties, Shared Trauma, Hell's Reckoning and I love them. I've been so enthralled by Sadie and Arthur and absolutely hated they way they first met [Micah can eat a bullet for all I care], so as I was starting up a fix-it for RDR2's story, I re-wrote how they met.

Three days stuck in a barn 'cause of a snowstorm will do wonders.

A rustle. A bullet being loaded. A sniffle. He kicked open the door, round exploding from the gun, a noise that echoed from across the tiny shack. A gunpowder haze stunk up the space, and Arthur felt his blood freeze at the sight of the Woman huddled between a dresser and open door, gun in hand, pointed at him. He’d shot her – She sobbed, steam pouring from the barrel in her hands – He’d shot at her. A splintered hole inches from her head, still fracturing as she shook, all wide eyes and shifty.  It took the Mare snorting to remind him of his manners, and he slowly lowered the rifle, stooping to drop it to the floor with a hand raised. “Easy now, Ma’am”, she jumped when it clattered to the ground, gun aimed at his head, “I ‘ain't gonna hurt ya’”. She was a defiant thing, finger on the trigger as he shuffled forward. “What's yer’ name?”

Because I love Symbolism: SADIE I went with Lavender and Roses purely because of the direction I wanted to take her character, and the ending of this little series LAVENDER: Symbolising Peace, Serenity, Healing. It's technically a spoiler for where the Gang end up at the end of this, but i wanted to tie Sadie and Arthur together with it. They have both lived through hardships, both done and experienced loss and pain, and after everything, i want them to get some closure, some Peace. They find Healing in each other, they both lost partners, both felt that pain, and i think, even without the lens of a romantic relationship, they'd both help each other with that. ROSES: I dont like pinning down a specific relationship, especially with this fic, but while i will be writing them with hints of attraction, it can easily be seen as flirty friends. After the loss of Jake, Sadie is heartbroken, she's lost the love of her life, she's alone and surrounded by strangers, and for the context of this fic, I feel like she'd turn to the one person she knows better, Arthur. So yes, while they wont explicitly get together, she does seek solace in him. Roses also signify Passion, Secrecy Deep Bonds, and especially in the context of this, the VDL's bonds will deepen, trust will be broken, secrets and lies, and Passion, not necessarily in the form of romance, but Passion to save those closest, Passion for what you do, and how you do it.

ARTHUR Once again, Lavender, but this time paired with wildflowers. LAVENDER: Same as above, they've both experienced pain and suffering, and now their starting their journey to find Peace WILDFLOWERS: Arthur's a wild man, he's lived a life on the run, he lives off the land, what nature gives and takes. But no matter what, he's always there, he's resilient.
