this was supposed to be posted a good few days ago but Ive been FREAKED w the flu so yeah.

Darnell was definitely a little more tricky to expand upon but once I got started it was very intriguing. Plus he is super fun to draw!

Pico has quickly become one of my all time favourite characters. I just think there is so much to him, just as there is with Nene and Darnell. Perhaps that's why I'm drawn to them.

This is a bit of a different post for me but in all honesty, I have been wanting to make content that was more aligned w my thoughts of characters.

Nene is an incredibly interesting character and she is so much more than the yandere stereotype!!

Pico School Trio!!

I played Friday Night Funkin' and thus led me down the rabbit hole of Newgrounds and Pico's School.

I just HAD to make posters/magazine covers for Pico, Nene and Darnell as if they were advertising themselves for Hire.

Nene's was my favourite to design. I feel like hers would be very targeted toward the gals and is more fun/informal and made to capture attention.

Pico's is more informational and also depicts each of the guns he has been seen using throughout Newgrounds.

Darnell's is a bit more straightforward but also definitely a bit cocky since I know he know he's smart asf and he's would plaster that everywhere.

This project has been a long time in the making! Started the first one back in early December and have worked on this on and off since then.

Pretty big project for me since I tend to drop large art things but, this has been a very helpful art exercise. I do plan on attempting to recreate some cutscenes from Omori w my characters. As well as eventually, down the line, making character ref/introduction sheets as I guess these are now all my OC's lol. I plan on making them reoccurring.

For story reasons the below canon relationships are void in my IRL AU:

- Mari & Hero: As much as this is a beloved ship, it cannot hold up in my AU. For my Mari is the younger one and it doesn't work :)

- Kel & Hero: These two are not related in my AU since they aren't IRL. However, they are all a close-knit group of friends.

This has been a lot of fun to make!!
