HANGER

Pastel pink & etno tracery .

Very easy DIY , you'll need :

PVA glue

wooden hanger

some acrylic paint ( in my case orange mixed with white, so it turns into coral pastel )

cloth

colour sides in your favourite colour

put some glue and cover the parts where cloth will be

put on some cloth

when dryed , cut the spare cloth

woila- youre done!!!!

This is a really good way to freshen up your home, because its a real colourburst, its quite cheap and really easy and fun to make , you will need a bottle, any colour you wish + sponge and some tape. 

And its ready to use :) great present and great just to colour up your home and make it moore personalized !

This is an awsome body scrub . Coffee,  cinnamon ,cacao and clove  are very good at improving better blood circulation, soo it smoothens skin very well too and it has anticellulite effect. it also helps to get rid of dead cells and make your skin silky and smelling wonderfull :) 

1-make a cup of strog coffee ( 2 spoons at least)

-when you're done drinking it , rack the coffee grounds 

2-take a bowl and melt one table spoon coconut oil

- add 2 drops of cinnamon essential oil and two drops of clove essential oil

-mix it

3 - get anoter bowl and put two table spoons of sea salth

- 1spoon brown sugar

- 1spoon cacao powder (99 %)

- 1/2 spoon cinnamon

- pinch of cayenne pepper

- mix this and then put coffee in it and mix again

4. pore oils into the dry mix and stir it till it gets the right pulp

woila ! it's ready to use :) 

if you have very sensetive skin use this only in problem areas ! 

this will also help if your muscles hurt ! cinnamon has amaizing features !

SHRIMP SALAD

This salad is one of my fav's, It's easy , healthy and fast to make:)

you will need-

5 cherry tomatoes

chinesse cabbage 4 leafs ( or any other you like)

andful beby spinach

1/2 avocado

100 gr shrimps

a spoon of Parmesan cheese (grate finaly)

dark ciabatta bread with olives

2 slices of lemon

bon appétit! :)
