I was SO sure I would never touch this piece again, but apparently all it took for me to continue this was to get so frustrated with the Nick&Glenn pride piece that I would rather draw this :D This could still use some work but I think I'll declare this finished now, because I'm emotionally just done with this lol

Absolutely ripping my hair out about this drawing I would want to finish for the DnDads Pride Zine, I just CAN'T draw people for the life of me and it's been so frustrating😭 I think I'll submit the piece I submitted last year too, but idk if that's bad etiquette? Anyway I have this drawing so clearly in my head but I just can't make it happen, I'm unhappy about Glenn's face specifically, but don't really know what to change to make it better💔 I've absolutely LOVED seeing all the gorgeous pieces people have made for this, and can't wait to get my hands on this year's zine too!

More deer-headed Alastor! I think the expression and legs leave a lot to be desired, but it was fun to draw all the details of the suit! (Closeups under cut)

Drawing this has pissed me off so bad💔 I had this flamboyant majestic idea in my head but my skillset is very limited so I couldn't do it😩 well in the end I only used 4 hours on this, and it was very good practice as always!

In memoriam: Glenn Close, rock & roll bard, taken from us by a spell with no saving throw.

So many good songs to choose from but nothing quite lit up my brain like the first time I heard this one. I love the original and it took me a hot minute to noodle on how exactly I could represent it with some art. I do still consider this a work in progress as it isn't quite as refined as I want it to be (still getting the hang of some of the brushes on my tablet). But I hope you enjoy!
