Basically some of the events are the same but season 4 of mr robot is season 1 for Hannibal causing Elliot to be the main character of Hannibal instead of will. Will basically mentors Elliot and we watch as elliot slowly goes insane.

I imagine team d stumbling upon his little cabin in the woods and decided to investigate only to be caught by the baby face killer(his current face claim and voice claim is max minghella know for spiral and horns)
