today is 2 years without cigarettes and i'm feeling good about that. my grandpa died of lung cancer at 61 years old. my dad is 56 and is permanently on oxygen due to COPD. that's not what i want for myself or my family.

i finally got my top wisdom teeth out today and it wasn't as bad as i thought but at the same time it was pretty horrifying and i cannot get the sounds out of my head 😵‍💫 i think im gonna have nightmares

summer break is coming up real soon. it's the last week of school. i have soooo many ideas for crafts over the break. i love having a lil art buddy in my son.

ugh the creepiest thing happened to me today. i was sitting in the parking lot at the dispensary and i got a friend request on IG for someone with a stupid weed plug username. i got creeped out and looked up from my phone and the guy in the car a space over is staring at me intently. pretty sure this dude is stalking out IG in the dispo parking lot, using the suggested friends feature to find people in the vicinity. bleh. i got out of there as quick as i could. too weird.

Silas tested into the gifted program and he starts next year (4th grade.) he has been tested twice before but this time he nailed it in all categories. i honestly think his test-taking skills just needed improvement. i think it will be good for him but maybe i'm just projecting because it was my own personal favorite thing about grade school. it should be good for him to get a break from the packed 35 student classrooms and into a more personal learning environment.
