All my friends are having babies now, so I wanna share some thoughts about circumcision even though I'm never having kids. Welcome to my Ted talk.
Ok so we all know that men in America are policing women's bodies in government. Men in America are also going on violent shooting sprees. Maybe it's because they all got circumcised as babies?
Maybe all this violence is a direct link to the violence and excruciating pain that a baby boy has experienced right from birth. When your baby has been physically mutilated like that, it's not far fetched to think that it also caused a big change in their brain.
For instance, to shut off the physical pain of their foreskin being sliced off, they have to make a mental partition and mentally block the pain. Could it be that pathways in their brains that deal with pain and empathy are linked up?
America is very violent. We produce so many serial killers. People blame it on video games. I'd blame it on male circumcision.
It is fairly well known by fans of true crime and people that like researching serial killers, that they tend to all have similar backgrounds. They're typically white males from middle class families and have Mommy issues and bedwetting til adulthood. The bedwetting could actually be a result of the penile trauma they suffered as a newborn. The mommy issues, because their mom agreed to snip them as babies.
The USA is the only country where circumcision is basically routine. Everywhere else usually keeps babies intact. That's why I'm thinking that this has a link to that.
Anyway what I'm saying is, don't cut off a baby's foreskin. I'm not saying that they'll grow up to be serial killers, because there's plenty of grown men who are circumcised and don't kill. Just saying that maybe it increases the chance of it.
Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.
Here are someone else's thoughts on the matter as well http://www.mrtao.com/perverteco_kaj_cirkumcido.htm
