Fun fact about me:
I always thought that I am the problem and got into this mental illness mess thing over 13 years ago. Never listened to others when they told me that it’s my parents fault and just blamed myself all the time.
Now my little sister suffers as well from mental illness issues. She is 14, the same age I was when everything went down for me. She sees a professional to help her through that..
And I hate myself for moving far away last year. I lived in the next city to my family for 7 years and last year I decided I need more space between me and my parents.
Never thought once about my siblings because we aren’t really close.. but now I wish we would be because I want to help her. Because I know exactly what the problem is. I was in the same position.

Ugh I eat a lot more then I wanted today. Got weak at grocery shopping and bought some chocolate cookies.
And I also not got my ass up to study at least a little bit.
I guess tomorrow is a fasting day for me.
One thing I learned in the last years.. I give a damn s*** about people’s opinion about my body.
When I want to see my collarbones and wanna have a tight gap then let me have one. It’s my f***ing body not yours.
Control is something so important in this whole thing called life.
Control about your diet.

Control about your learn schedule.
Control about anything.

October Rules
- first thing when you wake up, chug 300mL of water (or half an average water bottle)
- stay within your calorie goal of 300-1,200. higher is unacceptable, while somewhere lower is fine.
- drink 2L+ of water a day
- take care of your skin! wash your face, use facemasks, moisturize and so on
- binge twice a month, and you get to choose when. no more than two binge days.
- workout three times a week at least. this can be skateboarding for an hour, walking running - anything.
- three cups of green tea a day. at least.
-liquid calories dont count unless its heavy in dairy or INCREDIBLY sugary. (so add sugar and milk to your tea, thats fine)
- sleep 7-9 hours.
- do your homework as soon as you get home, and study for at least an hour.
-read for ½-1 hour a night at least. more is okay!!
- shower nightly, making sure to exfoliate and shave!!!
- brush your teeth after you eat, every time. get your teeth whiter and help you not eat more too
- fast four or more times a month, for 24-48 hours, but dont go over 48! ever!!
- will fast 12 hours a day ; can eat from 7:00AM to 7:00PM but not after or before.
-most importantly, stay safe. always always always listen to your body, and try to be kind. its doing what it can for you. stay safe, love.
