KAWAII Swiss Roll

Yapması çok kolay, tadı bize çok aşina.. Ama şu görüntüleri aklım almıyor.

Bunları mutfağımda istiyorum, yanımda dursunlar onlarla vakit geçireyim bol bol bakayım istiyorum. 

Adı swiss roll ama uzakdoğulular bu işi başarmış..

Küçükken her pastanede muzlu rulo pasta vardı, ne de güzeldi!! (Hala var ama..)

Opening my eyes to a new day and start cooking right away! This is my tasty mini cheesecake cups! They turned out to be delish! Too easy to do also: Preheat your oven to 200degrees. In a large bowl combine 1package od light creamcheese, 1/4cup sugar 1tablespoon vanilla and mix good. When its fluffy, add 2eggs 1/2cup yogurt and 2tablespoon of flour. Mix well, fill your muffin cups and bake for 20minutes. Viola!! Serve cold ;) We couldnt wait and tried hot first and they are great either way!!

175 Cupcake!

So, I finally made it to the newest cupcake shop in Etiler-Istanbul. 

As i mentioned in my previous posts, this is a small bakery&cafe, making smallest cupcakes i have ever seen after my days in London, giving you a lots of choice to listen to your heart,picking up the best one in all the best. 

Cute as heaven, colorful (mostly pink ofcourse) giving you a positive energy at fullest and oh did I mention the owner and the best helper? You have to go and meet them! 

When my time came to choose what to get (oh even looking at them made me sooo happy)

 I think I picked up all types of flavors so that I can decide which one is the best. I'm not a chocolate person actually and I don't prefer the sugar icing, so my attention was on the cream cheese topped cupcakes.

It was time for us to go and taste them!

Red velvet first!!

Red velvet, banana, lemon, another red velvet, chocolate heaven, coconut world, another lemon and two peanut butter (they are called Elvis!) cupcakes 

They are tiny, smushy, tasty, delicious, freshly baked, flavorfull and so on..

Look how small they are!!

So at the end of the journey, I would like to take a second for the new motto of these months and say:

Keep calm and eat a cupcake!!

Doing a bread pudding with raisins, cherry and mandarin squash :) just cut the breads into cubes, drizzle them with butter milk and egg- add your ingriedients with vanilla and some cinnamon. Bake in the oven. Voila!
