Hi!! Hello!!! I’m Funky, or Kiki, but calling me by my sso character’s name (Cici is preferred) is also totally fine :3

This is my only Tumblr account, but I’m on other socials such as Bluesky and Sheezy.Art under the handle “catkinzz”! Feel free to follow me elsewhere too, it just won’t be as horsey as this blog!!

I’m 17 years old and super duper interested in horses (when I feel like it. gulp)!! I actually used to do lessons, but I eventually lost the spark after I both grew out of it and lost the time needed to continue. I’d say Star Stable is my alternative to riding irl, although at this rate I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just as expensive nowadays HAHAHA

My favourite horse breeds are the fjord and Norwegian dole (can you tell I LOOOVE draft horses), however mustangs are the breed I have the most of in game at the moment, specifically the gen2 models. As diabolical as it may sound, and as much as I love the models I grew up with, I actually PREFER the newer horses. Shocker!!

My account is 9 years old (created March 21st, 2016), and I intend to continue playing for as long as I can!!

🐴°•— Happy 10 years, Patricia Ironburg

As of today, it’s officially been 10 years since I made my Star Stable Online account.

That’s 10 years of memories, 10 years to accumulate 105 horses (and counting!), 10 years of friends that, despite the fact none of us have seen or spoken to each other in years, still had such a lasting impression on me. 10 years of developing my very own story centred around Cici and her life, 10 years of roleplaying so hard its probably had an insane impact on my writing skills, 10 years of experiencing the main story quests and how much this game has evolved from the little old potato version of Coraline I started out with.

I really don’t think little 8 year old me would’ve ever believed that a decade into the future, older me, coming on 18 and close to ending her first year at college, would still be playing this silly little horse game. Star Stable has been with me through primary school and through my whole time at high school and, despite not riding for real anymore, has kept my love of horses and equestrianism strong. I couldn’t thank this game enough for shaping my childhood, and the fact it very well might go on to shape my adulthood too.

Here’s to many more years of horses, middle-of-the-night lore ideas, art, training, crashing into anything and everything, thirsting over Sabine, and Star Stable as a whole!
